In order to let the next generation remember history and those martyrs who sacrificed their lives and shed their blood, they will cultivate them to listen to and follow the party since childhood. Volunteers from Huainan City, Anhui Province, China Red Pioneers carried out micro-charity activities to "Remember the revolutionary history and inherit the red spirit" in many places.
1. Huainan Xiejiaji: Build a solid red position and inherit the red gene
(Yang Xiancheng Su Ruirui) On August 27, 2022, Huainan City volunteers brought their families to the patriotic education base in Yanggong Town, Xiejiaji District to carry out the micro-charity activity of "Build a solid red position and inherit the red gene".
At 7 a.m., volunteers came to the location of the Martyrs Wang Yinghuai Monument. The monument stood tall and was on the front of it. The inscription written by Marshal Xu Xiangqian, "The heroic reputation will be preserved in history and shines on the future generations", which makes people respect it. Although the martyrs did not leave a single word, their glorious deeds will always be engraved in people's hearts, and their indomitable revolutionary spirit is always worth learning.
Then volunteers came to the exhibition hall, and precious historical photos and traces left by artillery bombardment reproduced the glorious history of blood and fire in the era of the nation's peril. The volunteers were filled with emotion, and their mood was difficult to calm down for a long time, and their spirits were baptized.
Through visiting and learning, the young volunteers expressed their gratitude to our ancestors for their life to exchange for today's happy life. We must learn the spirit of struggle of revolutionary martyrs shouldering missions and taking responsibility; learn the spirit of dedication of martyrs who are brave enough to fight and not afraid of sacrifice; cherish the present, study hard, and be determined to start from ordinary small things, love the party, the country, and the people, and strive to be a newcomer to the era of great responsibility for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
2. Huainan Datong: Father’s love is like a mountain, and sincerely give back
(Yang Xiancheng Su Ruirui) On August 3, a family of three volunteers from Huainan City came to the Datong Popular Education Center to carry out the micro-charity activity of "Father’s love is like a mountain, and sincerely give back ."
At 8 am, in order to realize the wish of the old party member’s father, the volunteers came to Datong Popular Education Hall to visit and study, listened to the tour guide’s lecture, and learned about the humiliating history of 0,000 Popular Education Hall. The scenes presented in the museum are shocking, and the bones and torture instruments are creepy. The bones are speechless, and the iron evidence is like a mountain. An exhibition hall condenses a piece of history, and a pile of white bones record a piece of suffering. Forgetting history is like betrayal. As the sons and daughters of China who were once suffering deeply, that period of history must never be forgotten!
Through visits and learning, volunteers were deeply moved by these tragic situations, expressing their intention to remember history, cherish the present, and use practical actions to inspire more people to remember history, work hard, tell red stories well, promote patriotic education, and play the strong voice of the times of the red inheritance.
3. Shou County, Huainan: Garbage does not fall, the city is more beautiful
(Yang Xiancheng, Su Ruirui, editor Chen Kaixuan) On August 2, 2022, volunteers from Huainan City, Anhui Province, brought their families to the Anhui First Party Flag Memorial Park in Shou County, to carry out the micro-charity activity "If garbage does not fall, the city is more beautiful".
At 8 a.m., after the volunteers came to the first party flag memorial park in Anhui, they wiped the propaganda column and benches, cleaned up the garbage on the leisure road, picked up cigarette butts and paper scraps in the flowers and plants, and pulled out weeds from the cracks in the bricks. The young volunteers were not willing to be outdone and performed positively, and transported the garbage bags to designated locations and poured them into the trash can.
hygiene is the basis of health, and health is the source of happiness. May everyone not litter at will and set an example to set a good example for the next generation. Volunteers practice the Lei Feng spirit with practical actions, hoping to influence and encourage more people to participate in micro-charity activities, build a beautiful home together, and share a healthy life.
4. Huainan Shou County Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery: Learn red culture and inherit revolutionary spirit
(Yang Xiancheng Su Ruirui, editor Yang Jie) On July 31, volunteers from Huainan City brought their children to Shou County Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery to carry out the micro-charity activity of "Learn Red Culture and Inheriting Revolutionary Spirit".
At 8 am, volunteers arrived at the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery in Shou County, lined up in an orderly manner to pay tribute to the martyrs' tombstones and pay silence. Then we start to remove the weeds around the tombstone and wipe the tombstone. After everyone's joint efforts, the names on the tombstone became clearer and the cemetery seemed more neat and solemn.
Labor ended, and the volunteers took their children to visit the Xiaodianji Special Branch Memorial Hall, Huai Shang Middle School Tutorial Club, Party Flag Cultural Square, Party History Research Center, Red Souvenirs Exhibition Center and the Shou County Revolutionary Martyrs Deeds Showroom, etc., so that the children can understand that the happy life is exchanged for countless martyrs with their lives, and they should be cherished more.
5. Huainan Tangjia Villa: Care for the environment and build harmony together

At 8 am, volunteers came to Tangjia Villa and wiped out the signboards, stone benches, garbage cans and other facilities. Remove the grass in the cracks of the bricks, pick up cigarette butts, paper scraps, plastic bottles and other garbage, and sort the garbage into designated trash cans.
under the scorching sun, children work happily while promoting knowledge on environmental protection, garbage classification and other things to passers-by. I hope everyone will take action together to protect environmental sanitation and build a harmonious and beautiful home together.
6. Huainan People's Culture and Sports Plaza: Work together to create environmental protection, and the whole people build a good home

At 8 am, volunteers came to the People's Cultural and Sports Square, patiently and meticulously cut off the dead grass in the cracks on the floor tiles, and wiped public facilities such as fences and fitness equipment.
Under the scorching sun, the child also cleaned and wiped with the adults, not letting go of every corner. Seeing the clean and tidy square environment after cleaning, the child smiled happily.
