During that time, the two finally had a relatively stable life, where they could read and study, have clean classrooms and dormitories, and put what they learned into practice in local hospitals to save lives and heal the wounded.
During the study and work in the Soviet Union, the two of them always missed their father Mao Zedong and contacted them with letters whenever they had free time.
