90% mothers didn’t understand, how to stew the healing chicken soup?

Since my child started scd diet therapy, I have been constantly searching for the issue of stewing chicken soup, but I have never been able to find a solution.

I have tried many different stewing methods: electric stew pot, pressure cooker, crock pot, pressure cooker + crock ;

different stewing time: 40 minutes, 1 and a half hours, two and a half hours ;

with different additions Fruits and vegetables: celery, carrots, white radishes, onions, apples ...

Although the stewed soup can be regarded as clear and delicious, the healing effect is not satisfactory. The theoretical anti-inflammatory effect is not satisfactory. Did not show up.

until September this year, by coincidence, I participated in the anthroposophical nutrition case consultation from teacher Henk from UK. This question was finally answered to my satisfaction.

Henk teacher , who has more than 20 years of working experience with special children with , has fully affirmed the positive effect of SCD diet on children after learning the child’s existing diet plan in detail, which makes me quite pleased, and focuses on guidance The chicken soup stew method , which is also the biggest benefit of this consultation, I will share with you below!

How to stew the healing chicken soup?

1. Clean the chicken, peel off the skin and oil in the initial stage of SCD, and omit this step in the later stage. Chicken skin is rich in collagen, which is good for intestinal repair.

2. Submerge the chicken in a sufficient amount of water and bring to a boil to remove foam.

3. Reduce the heat, add organic vegetables (carrots, cabbage, broccoli, etc.), two slices of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of flaxseed, a little salt, and simmer 1.5-2 hours on the minimum heat.

4. Remove the chicken, put the chicken skeleton back in the soup and continue to simmer for 3 hours with the minimum fire .

5. Soup filter residue, necessary filter oil (generally not filter), leave the rest of the drink that day and let it cool and put it in a glass bottle and freeze it in the refrigerator. Be careful not to fill the glass bottle too full, otherwise the bottle will burst.

After stewing the soup in this way, the child loves to drink it more, and the mucus in the poop almost disappeared after a month! Mr. Henk’s point of view is that only when is boiled for a long time, the nutrients in the bones can be precipitated in the form of small molecules. In addition, adding nutrient-rich vegetables makes the soup more comprehensive.

Finally, please note that because it is a case-by-case proposal, it may not be suitable for every child, and is for your reference only.
