Syngenta Group issued US$500 million overseas bonds
Recently, Syngenta Group successfully issued US$500 million 3.5-year overseas high-end unsecured bonds. The initial price guide for this issuance is T+125 basis points, with the peak order volume exceeding US$1.2 billion, and the oversubscription exceeds the final issuance volume twice. After further tightening, the final issue price of US$500 million fell sharply by 45 basis points to T+80 basis points. This issuance is the first time Syngenta Group has made its debut in the international bond market since its reorganization. Recently, Nantong Zhonglan, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nantong Xingchen , held a foundation construction ceremony for the 56,100 tons/year high-performance composite materials project.
