On October 14, Wenzhou signed a cooperation agreement with China Software Industry Association and four other organizational units to reach a strategic cooperation with on participating in the construction of Shu'an Port and the reform of market-oriented allocation of data elements. Since its opening in May this year, Shu'an Port has continuously improved the attractiveness, industrial agglomeration and brand influence of the park in the goal of "building a new highland for innovative development of the data industry", and achieved remarkable phased results in the "second half" article of the opening of the park.

In June this year, the Shu'angang Data Security Compliance Management Committee was established to promote the construction of the data security and compliance system to a new level. This measure starts from the top-level design and systematically plan the overall construction and operation of Shuangang. According to reports, by using joint modeling and delivery scenarios passed by this type of argument, the population characteristic data provided by a third party and its own member characteristic data are jointly modeled and calculated, and the advertisement targeted delivery model is generated. The model is used to provide data guidance and suggestions on corporate advertising delivery, which can ultimately improve the ROI ( return on investment ) and advertising delivery CTR (click pass rate) for enterprises.

Since its opening, Shu'an Port has been committed to building a market environment conducive to the participation of all parties in the data element market, vigorously attract investment, and encourage industry enterprises to gather together and the industrial ecology is accelerated. Focusing on the three major industrial ecology of the park "data resource supply + data analysis and refining + data product trading", we carried out targeted attractions, connected with 132 batches of enterprises, and 53 cooperation and contracted enterprises, of which 37 enterprises including Tomorrow Data, Anheng Information, Zhejiang Yunhe, etc. have been registered in Shu'an Port. At the same time, we focus on the two goals of "rapid data industry aggregation and rapid launch of digital brands", and focus on promoting the attraction of "3+2" leading projects, and promote the rapid implementation of the three leading industries of Shenwei Technology, Lianren Health and Anheng Information, and the two national industry associations of China Software and China Net Security .
