As we grow older, our roles will become more and more. Therefore, life does not require too many dreams, a few are enough.
Now I am a husband, a son, a father, a business owner, and the president of my daughter's school dance fan club. I am already satisfied to be able to play the role of the current role well.
My name is Yu Zhuguang. I was born in New Taipei City, Taiwan Province in 1976.
When I was 17 years old, my father suffered from a stroke, which then worsened into hemiplegia . Since then, I have been lying in bed for thirteen years. While taking care of my father, my mother also had to raise our three siblings.
I saw the hard work of my mother and felt pain in my heart.

Currently I run a company, and my main business includes two parts:
. One is to assist some companies in developing energy products and human intelligent products, such as energy ceramic tableware, etc., to increase product added value and increase corporate operating income.
The second is to own an rock pan bath brand, and currently opens three self-operated beauty stores, which is also my most important business at present. There is an open beauty concept here, which includes both beauty spa services and related courses.
In my mind, the traditional beauty industry has many people and low efficiency, and will definitely be eliminated by the market in the future.
In order to adapt to the development trend of the industry, we have formulated a standardized SOP process, and all service personnel's words are accurate to every word; we will also establish files for every member to provide exclusive services.
Therefore, with only 9 employees, our store has more than 2,000 members.
In this way, our service process is very smooth, and the process of receiving services for each customer is streamlined from the original half hour to 15 minutes, and 85% of the services are provided by the equipment.
Therefore, at the peak, one of our counter staff plus a beautician can serve up to 35 customers a day. Even so, customers still need to make an appointment a few days in advance if they want to do beauty treatment.
In fact, this is true sometimes human nature. When you easily get something, you will not cherish it. However, you will feel like you have a treasure for those things that are hard to get. When doing business, you must understand and adapt to human nature.
Therefore, customers will cherish it very much after making an appointment with our service, and the loss rate will not exceed 5%.

In the beauty industry, there is a phenomenon of forced consumption, which is very disgusting for many consumers.
But we have always only provided service experience, clearly marked prices and clear, which is also the biggest difference between us and most beauty brands, and has also received countless praises.
When many brands were closing down and closing, we grew from one store to three, and each store will add 80 to 100 new customers every month, precisely because my labor costs are lower.
And in the post-epidemic era, no one wants to have too much contact with others. It just so happens that our service relies more on equipment, which meets the needs of most customers.
Our customer base covers every class from legislators to ordinary working people, and even many well-known companies in Taiwan.
In recent years, the beauty and health industry has evolved from the initial simple beauty and body beauty to the future categories of manicure, eyelashes, tattoos, medical beauty , and even gyms have this business, thus forming a diversified development trend.
In the future, the beauty and health industry will continue to exist and develop, because the trend of people pursuing health and beauty will not change.
However, with the continuous evolution of the business model, practitioners and customers are gradually diverting, and the size of the beauty and body beauty field has shrunk to 20% compared with its peak period.
In the past two years, almost all industries in Taiwan have remained in a state of shortage of human resources and market resources, and competition has become more intense.
Therefore, the future development trend will surely be lower labor costs, more professional services and a high net worth model to win the favor of the market.

In addition, we are also the research and development and manufacturer of rock pan baths.
During the sales process, we are not only selling equipment, but also providing customers with training on equipment usage, service processes, sales skills, etc., and providing a series of services such as peripheral supporting products.
Our products are not only sold locally in Taiwan, China, but are also exported to mainland China, Hong Kong, Malaysia , Singapore, the United States and other places. Even all the stores opened by well-known Japanese beauty companies in Taiwan are purchased by our products. You know, the culture of Iwabanbath has become popular in Japan.
and this has become something that I am very proud of. I feel that this is also a kind of winning glory for the country.
There is another thing that makes me very pleased with.
There is a store owner who bought our customers of Rock Pan Bath, not for business, but for their own use.
After he persisted for 5 years, he was surprised to find that he looked 10 years younger than 5 years ago. After that, he vacated all the third floor of his store, bought several more rock baths and started running the store.
This is what I want to see the most and the best gift I have obtained.
For a fiercely competitive and complex and changeable market, our advantage lies not only in the equipment, but also in standardized service processes, complete education and training, and ERP and other management systems.

My lover and I come from the marketing and education and training industry.
The reason why I chose the beauty industry was when I was training for a beauty chain, their CEO suggested that we might consider joining this industry by ourselves.
Just like that, our first beauty spa store opened in 2004, and we have gone through these storms for eighteen years.
of course not all of them succeed, but also painful memories.
I remember that when I first entered the industry, everything went smoothly, and the business quickly expanded from one store to three. People couldn't help but expand, thinking that they had seized a god-given opportunity, so they invested all the money they earned into the research and development and production of Yanpanya.
However, the financial tsunami in 2008 gave me a basin of cold water.
's operating income plummeted, with losses exceeding 60%. In desperation, I closed two of the stores.
And because of the heavy blow to the economy, after our new equipment was launched, no merchant was willing to purchase equipment to expand its operations. During that time, I traveled all over the entire Taiwan market, but only sold one.
During that period, it can be said that it was the lowest point in my life. After we cleared all our accounts, we couldn't afford the 259 yuan water bill.
The lesson of this failure has also become a warning and source of strength for me on the road to entrepreneurship later.
From then on, I no longer blindly expand, but instead spend 30% of my income on continuing investment, and the remaining 70% will be reserved for future emergency response and pension.And you will only choose to be your own specialty field, and you will not touch any areas you don’t understand.
Just like that, my company turned losses into profits little by little, developed steadily, and later developed more than a dozen new products. Because investment has begun to become more rational, almost every new product of ours can be profitable.

When we were almost at the end of our lives, I asked my wife if we wanted to give up and then go to find a job to work. And she only said one sentence: If you are willing, let’s let it go.
However, this simple word seemed to touch my heartstrings, making me unable to fall asleep all night. The next morning I told her that I was unwilling to give up and that I would continue. This is true for

Once our company was acquired by a listed company.
In order to create higher performance, we started from Taipei and successively opened branches such as Taichung , Taoyuan, and Kaohsiung .
During that time, I traveled back and forth between several cities every day, focusing on performance, doing training, developing markets, and setting goals. I could work for 360 days a year, and only resting on New Year's Eve until the fourth day of the Chinese New Year. After the success of
in Taiwan, we entered the mainland market in early 2015, invested NT$80 million , opened branches in Guangzhou and Shanghai, and set up warehouses in Humen.
However, at that time we didn’t understand the mainland market at all, but because we had funds in hand, we rented an office in the most prosperous area in Shanghai, with a monthly rent of up to 60,000 yuan, and 8 business personnel were recruited to carry out business with great fanfare.
Results In two years, I lost NT$80 million and my body was almost dragged down. In the month after
, I had insomnia all night, and once I closed my eyes, my mind was like I failed.
At that time, I was facing a dilemma. Leaving means that this attempt failed completely and lost all my money. However, I didn’t give up and didn’t know what to do next.
Because I was a Christian, when I was helpless, I went to the church to pray. An older godmother told me that God asked her to tell me that I would go back to Taiwan for training.
So after thinking for a night, I returned to Taiwan and received a year of training. And that experience also became the most valuable lesson in my life.
A year later, I have changed a lot when I returned to my job again.
I no longer set a time limit for my goals. If I can’t do it in one year, I can’t make it for three years, and if I can’t make it for ten years.
is no longer as hard as before. Instead, while taking good care of family, children and health, we will continue to show our enthusiasm for our goals and continue to move towards the established direction.
However, when I slowed down, I found that my career was not affected. Relax myself, but I feel an unprecedented pleasure.
Once, because of busy work, we sent our daughter to our grandmother's house in Tainan. Until she was in junior high school, she rarely had time to accompany her. This is also my biggest regret at the moment.
Because of this, after my son was born, I took as much time as possible to accompany him. This summer vacation, I put down all the work I had, accompanied him wholeheartedly, taught him how to swim and ride a bicycle, and guided him to learn piano by himself using corporate education.
But I am still a person who refuses to give up and never gives up on the idea of entering the mainland market.
After the epidemic, I will return to Shanghai and start over, and get up wherever I fall.At that time, I not only had experience in producing and selling equipment, but also had the ability to operate a brand.

I have several characteristics: First, I am a person who sticks to the end and does not give up easily; second, I am a person who is passionate about my career.
Therefore, the person I admire most is Wang Yongqing. He never had the idea of retirement and was still meeting with all the supervisors of the US branch on his death day.

If you want to do anything, do it now, and don’t have to wait until after retirement; what you like is not just for fun, but for yourself to become an expert in this field.
The reason why I have grown up today is because of the two leaders I have worked with.

At that time, I didn’t know how to do business at all. It was she who taught me how to start a business and how to find the starting point behind a person’s words... gradually improved my ability to talk and market with people.
Another one is the chairman I once followed. He is the kind of person who has very meticulous requirements. Working under him will be sharpened into a sharp sword, and I have learned a lot from him.
If I give me another chance to start a business, or if there are friends around me who want to start a business, I will give three suggestions:
The first is to polish your professional skills to the top before starting a business; the second is to make sure that you are passionate about this matter and will not give up no matter what happens; the third is to make more friends with seniors in the market and learn more.
As an entrepreneur, if you want to win the future market, the education you obtain in school may not be important, but the ability to learn is very important.
At present, I have two goals: the first is to open 100 direct stores and 50 franchise stores in Taiwan; the second is to improve R&D capabilities and make the company the largest enterprise in the Asia negative ion and infrared industries.
