1. Protect your body. Compared to the soul, the body does not seem to be very important. However, even if it is just a skin, we still need to protect it well, because it is the cornerstone of our material and even spiritual life. Once it is gone, it will not be able to be used.

If you want to maintain your health, you don’t need too many health skills. You just need to have regular daily life, eat calmly, and not work hard, and keep your body and mind stable. This is enough. If you can eat well, sleep well, treat people and things with a normal mind, do not violate cause and effect, do not act against the contrary, and be a normal person, your body will not have too many problems.

2. Learn to clean up the garbage in your body and mind at any time.
