But another cute thing about human beings is that they are always on the road to pursuing goodness. Although sometimes faster, sometimes slower, and sometimes walk a few steps back to embrace evil, in the end, you still turn back and move in the direction of good. Perhaps this is one of the reasons why human civilization has been constantly evolving.
I have met many evil people and many kind people. The first good person I met was my mother. I remember that when we were young, our lives were very difficult, but no matter how difficult it was, only when we saw a beggar, my mother would not hesitate to even out a little of the only things in the family for the beggar. The beggars at that time were real beggars. They only needed food, but few people wanted money. Unlike the beggars today, they only had money, but they didn’t want food. My mother has suffered all kinds of hardships in her life, but she always shows peace and smile to others. My mother's kindness has a great influence on our brothers and sisters. I have maintained a habit since I was a child, with some change on my body. When I went out, I always took the initiative to go over and express my feelings. But later the world changed, and beggars were not pure, and I had been fooled several times. Once on a business trip, when I arrived at the train station, an old lady came over and said pitifully that her wallet had been stolen and she had no money to go home. When I saw her crying, I took out some money for her without hesitation, and praised myself in my heart: I did another good deed. Unexpectedly, when I came back from a business trip a few days later, I just left the station. I saw this old lady walking towards me again, and she was still the same kind of rhetoric, asking for money to go home. I didn't think much at that time, but just asked in wonder: Why haven't you been home yet? Didn’t I give you money a few days ago? Unexpectedly, the old lady was shocked and turned around and left without saying a word. Later, my friends told me that nowadays, beggars are all professional beggars, so don’t be kind to you everywhere. It made me very depressed.
Later, I went out again, and I still brought some change with me, but when I met a beggar, I would observe it first. I felt it was true (at least the performance convinced me). I would sponsor it a little. However, as long as it is an old man and an old lady, no matter whether it is true or false, I will show my kindness. My thoughts are like this: Even if he (she) is a fake beggar, he still sticks to his post at such an old age, and it is really not easy. There must be a devil son or a heartless daughter in the family, so he uses the elderly as a tool for making money and let them suffer this crime. I can give them some change to help them.
Goodness is a ray of spring breeze. While bathing in others, oneself is also a benefiter. So over the years, although I have seen a lot of evil, I have never given up on any good. I think there are many, many ordinary people like me.
