Recently, it was found that some institutions have recruited "family education instructors" to carry out training activities for primary and secondary school students under the banner of high salaries, seriously disrupting the order of the training market, misleading the public, and harming the interests of the people. To this end, the Ministry of Education’s Off-campus Education and Training Supervision Department, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security’s Vocational Capacity Building Department, and the All-China Women’s Federation’s Family and Children’s Work Department jointly reminds:
1. Family education guidance is to provide services for the parents or other guardians of minors to implement family education, focusing on promoting correct family education knowledge and helping parents master scientific family education concepts and methods.
2. "Family Education Instructor" has not yet been included in the "National Professional Qualifications Catalog (2021 Edition)", and the relevant competent departments have not issued or authorized the issuance of the "Family Education Instructor" certificate.
3. "Family Education Instructor" does not meet the relevant qualification requirements of the "Regulations on the Management of Personnel of Off-campus Training Institutions (Trial)" and cannot be recruited as teaching and teaching and research personnel for off-campus training institutions for primary and secondary school students.
4. The target of family education guidance services is adults. Carrying out various training activities for primary and secondary school students in the name of "family education guidance" is a violation.
