Secondary Vocational Schools According to the requirements of the "Notice of Enrollment and Enrollment of Ordinary Primary and Secondary Schools" (Liao Jiao Ban Fa [2021] No. 13), combined with the actual situation, the 2021 Shenyang ordinary high school and secondary vocational school enrollment plan has been prepared and distributed to you. Please Comply with it and notify the relevant matters as follows.

. Once the enrollment plan of each ordinary high school and secondary vocational school is issued, it will not be adjusted in principle. For those that really need to be adjusted due to special circumstances, the school and the competent department should submit an application and report to the Municipal Education Bureau for approval.

. All ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools shall enroll students strictly in accordance with the enrolment plan issued, and shall not enroll students beyond the plan. For students who are enrolled beyond the plan, they will not be allowed to go through the procedures for supplementary enrollment, nor will they be allowed to apply for student status, and the enrolling school will be responsible for the consequences.

The district, county (city) education bureaus are requested to convey the spirit of this notice to the relevant schools.
