In this counselor’s job, Tian Binwei has experienced many "firsts": the first time he went to the police station, the first time he went out to find students in the middle of the night, the first time he signed the operation sheet, the first time he went to the dormitory to wake up and go to class, the first time he led students to participate in the " Three Going to the Countryside " volunteer service activity... In ten years, Tian Binwei has served as a counselor for 17 classes and nearly 850 students. He can’t remember how many times he talked to students, how many times he communicated with parents, and how many times he went back and forth between the dormitory and classroom.
Tian Binwei said that she deeply loves every student she has. She said that being able to witness the growth of students is the most gratifying thing in her work.

The so-called "3" means that students must maintain "three degrees" in their work - thickness, temperature and height. Tian Binwei believes that the student group is huge and has a lot of affairs. To achieve the goal of "quantitative change" to "qualitative change", a certain "thickness" must be maintained; students' work must have "temperature", care for students as part of their daily life, go deeper into the student group, understand students, and let students feel warmth; students' work also needs "height". As a counselor, Tian Binwei has always been firm in his ideals and beliefs, has the courage to assume his mission, has effectively improved his education level, established the concept of "people-oriented", adhered to the "eight must-talk" system, and strived to guide and educate students with correct ideas, excellent moral character and good behavior, and serve and guide students with a down-to-earth and hard-working spirit and a rigorous and humble attitude.

All of our participating students were very hoarse. After learning about the situation, Teacher Tian bought rock sugar pears for us after get off work and rest, telling us to combine work and rest to adjust our mentality. Once, Tian Binwei invited his mother to watch it at the New Year's Day party of the department. In order to better improve one's own strength and enhance the ability to serve students, Teacher Tian Binwei has been working hard to learn and make progress, constantly improving business knowledge and improving work level.
