At the departure ceremony, the nine pairs of masters and apprentices who were paired in the fall of 2019 have grown rapidly after three years of assistance and study. After passing the assessment, the masters and apprentices have successfully started their studies. The school leaders awarded them a certificate of masters and apprentices. At the same time, 11 outstanding university graduates who joined the school this year held a teacher apprenticeship ceremony with 19 middle-aged and young backbone teachers, and signed a discipline master-apprentice assistance agreement and a class teacher-apprentice assistance agreement.

Master-apprentice assistance is a process of mutual learning and learning. The master not only actively influences new teachers in terms of teacher ethics and personality, but also cares about and guides new teachers in terms of teaching, and seriously cultivates new teachers in terms of curriculum, classroom reform and educational research.
