2022 Adult college entrance examination , some candidates in our city are unable to take the exam at the specified time due to the new crown pneumonia epidemic. According to the relevant regulations of the Hubei Provincial Education Examinations Institute, such candidates can apply for a refund. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Acceptance time.
November 2, 2022 09:00 to November 7, 17:00, the deadline will no longer be accepted.
2. Acceptance scope.
only accepts refund applications for candidates who are undergoing centralized medical isolation observation, home isolation medical observation, home health monitoring, community health monitoring, and those who are judged to be risky. Other circumstances will not be accepted.
3. Acceptance method.
is accepted online for the convenience of candidates. Candidates who meet the refund conditions must send their name, ID number, admission ticket number, reason for refund, and supporting documents (attachment) to the email address of [email protected] within the specified time.
4. Proof materials.
Candidates briefly state their personal information and the reasons for refund, and provide at least 1 proof material that can prove that they are unable to take the exam due to epidemic prevention policies (upload notices and announcements posted by local epidemic prevention departments or communities, relevant certificates issued by units or communities, etc.).
5. Other matters.

1. Candidates who have not taken the exam in all subjects in the exam can apply for a refund. If you have scores in any subject at that time, you will not be refunded.
2. Please submit application materials truthfully and accurately. If the refund is not met by the materials, the candidate shall bear the responsibility; if the fraud or forge proof materials to obtain a refund, the relevant regulations will be dealt with seriously in accordance with relevant regulations.
3. Candidates who have approved the refund application for refund shall be fully refunded by Ministry of Education Education Examinations Institute according to the original payment channel (about 2 months).
