Chengdu Shuangshui Primary School integrates education and promotes
Chengdu Shuangshui Primary School was founded in 1925 and currently has two campuses: Jingzhu and Jingshun. There are 53 teaching classes in the two campuses, with 2,410 students and 135 teachers. Shuangshui lives by water and is named after water. It is "water" that makes Shuangshui lively and spiritually. Shuangshui Primary School is destined to be naturally connected with Shui. Therefore, the school established the school-running philosophy of "the best is like water, and the water is full of time", and is determined to cultivate students who are as friendly, tenacious, tolerant and adaptable as water.
1. Introduction to the situation
Let special children enjoy fair and quality education, which is the responsibility and obligation of the school. There are currently 7 special children in Shuangshui Primary School in Chengdu. There are 5 men and 2 women, including 4 people with intellectual disabilities, 2 people with physical disabilities, and 1 person with multiple disabilities.
2. System construction
Based on this, Chengdu Shuangshui Primary School established a leadership group for on-class enrollment. We have established and improved the cultural construction and curriculum construction of integrated education, and implemented various measures. All teachers in the class will work with parents to develop individualized education plans for in the class, and actively promote and implement the "one case for a lifetime".
At the same time, actively learn the screening intervention strategies for common problems for special children, carry out targeted integrated class teaching, organically combine special education and general education, and penetrate each other, so that teachers can serve students in class more comprehensively, and education and teaching are more meticulous.
Schools have always regarded special education as an important part of school education and teaching work, and incorporate the in-class enrollment work into the school's daily management work, so that every in-class enrollment students can receive full care.
School was rated as the "Enhanced Collective of Special Education in Chenghua District" in 2020.
3. Teacher training
With the development of integrated education, new demands have been put forward for the training of teachers in class. To this end, the school organized teachers to participate in district-level integrated education teaching and research training activities, in-class reading work conferences, and integrated education teaching and research training activities. Teachers' professional ethics and educational and teaching abilities have been further improved on the original basis. Teachers such as Pu Lin and Yang Liwen, who were enrolled in the school, achieved good results in various district-level competitions.
4. Wait for the flowering period
Every Ruoshui child is a unique seed, which will eventually sprout, bloom and bear fruit. The seeds have different flowering periods and different blooming times. What we need to do is to carefully care for these seeds and watch them grow up slowly. Special education work has a long way to go. There is a group of special children in my heart, and I see these special children in my eyes, trying to meet their needs, so that they can grow up healthy and happy in the campus of "friendly, tenacious, inclusive and adaptable". Wait for the flowering period, so that schools and families can educate their growth together!
