According to the deployment of the provincial professional title evaluation work, teachers, archives, economy, statistics, and social science research are now carried out. The notice on the defense and evaluation of professional title applicants through the green channel is as follows:
1. Defendant scope

People participating in the Economic, Statistics, Social Science Research Series and Green Channel Professional Title at the Jilin Provincial Professional and Technical Qualifications Review Committee. (See Attachment 2 for details on the list)
2. Defense method and procedure
Due to the impact of the epidemic, all professional title defense work adopts online defense method and is carried out according to the following procedures:
(I) online debugging. The participants of each group will receive the remote defense related notification text messages the day before the defense and add the designated WeChat account. After adding WeChat, the participants will actively send their own defense date, their review room and defense serial number.
(II) Defence environment review. On the day of the defense, the participants waited for the staff to connect remotely according to the expected defense time. After the connection was successful, the phone slowly rotated for a week to ensure that no one was disturbed around the defense.
(III) Certified defense. The participants will show their ID card to the reviewing experts, report their serial number and name to the expert group, and start the defense after the expert confirms his identity.
3. Related requirements for defense
All units should attach great importance to the review of this defense and must convey the content of the defense notice to the defense personnel of the unit; the defense personnel must strictly abide by the examination discipline, and disqualify all violations of regulations and discipline, and deal with them seriously in accordance with relevant regulations.
Please wait for the staff to connect 30 minutes in advance according to the expected defense time period. If the connection is not successful, the next defense personnel will be postponed. If the connection is not successful, the staff will wait for the staff to connect again. During this period, the defense request shall not be actively sent to avoid interfering with other defense personnel's busy defense and deliberately interfering with the defense work. Those who deliberately fail to connect or miss the connection time again will be borne by themselves. The defense of
is carried out in the "self-report + question and answer" method. The defense personnel will not report for more than 3 minutes (can be dismissed or held in the draft). The expert will ask the defense personnel questions based on the application materials and self-report content, and the question and answer time will not exceed 2 minutes.
