Weighted Academic Level Assessment System provides a quantitative tool. The weighted academic level assessment system obtains the total number of citations and citations of ESI papers in universities and academic institutions from the Essential Science Indicators database, collects the number of employees of each university and academic institution, and calculates the weighted academic level index of each university and academic institution based on the formula.
