4. Topic selection scope

Primary and secondary school students in Shandong Province (only for nine years of compulsory education students participating).
6. Participation requirements and procedures
1. Participants complete independently, and parents or instructors are allowed to provide corresponding guidance;

3. Authors of the same type are limited to 1 article, and they are promoted according to the best promotion. Short video activities can be selected according to the actual situation.
4. The preliminary work is pushed by the official account with "Character Jiaodong" as the main body. The work is read in a comprehensive manner for 500 within 72 hours, and the work is upgraded to the next level. One round of review;
