1. When the building roof is a sloped roof, it should be from the average height of the building's outdoor design floor to its eaves and ridge;

3. When the same building has multiple forms of roofing, the maximum value should be calculated according to the above method;
4. For step floors, when the same building located on different elevations is separated by firewalls, each with a security exit that complies with the regulations. When the through-type or end-type fire lanes can be set along the two long sides of the building, the heights of each building can be calculated separately. Otherwise, it should be determined by the one whose building height is the largest;
5. If the observation tower, cooling tower, , water tank room, microwave antenna or facilities, elevator room, exhaust and smog room, and small stair exit room, the roof area of which the roof area is not more than 1/4, the building height may not be included;
6. For residential buildings, bicycle garages, storage rooms, and open spaces with an indoor height of not more than 2.2m, the height of the indoor and outdoor height of or the height of the building whose height is not more than 1.5m higher than the outdoor design floor can be included.
