" Jade Bird Plan" is a part of the Shandong Youth League Provincial Committee and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security jointly launched to serve the employment of college students and help the province's "recruiting talents" work. This work builds bridges and links for outstanding young talents to return to their hometowns for employment and entrepreneurship, and helps outstanding students find high-quality employment. During the summer vacation, Taoyuan Town welcomed 6 "Little Blue Birds" from different universities. They actively responded to the call, gave full play to their professional expertise in their respective positions, rejuvenated and demonstrated their youthful nature. Han Ruijing
During the Blue Bird Project, I was mainly responsible for village construction statistics and housing surveys. During my work, I truly felt the development of each village, the improvement of people's living standards, and the hard work of grassroots workers. In addition, this job makes me handle affairs more carefully and patiently, and I am more proficient in using office software. I have benefited a lot from this Blue Bird Project, and I strongly feel the staff’s work philosophy of serving the people wholeheartedly. I will also live up to my time and do every job carefully. I hope that I can do a better job when I return from my studies. Serve hometown and build hometown.
Yin Rongfa
I am Yin Rongfa, a third-year student majoring in radio and television editing and directing. I am very honored to come to Taoyuan Town Government for an internship during the 2022 summer social practice activities and become a member of the Publicity Office. Participating in publicity shooting, nucleic acid testing entry clerk, city creation volunteer, etc. Because of my professional counterpart, I can better adapt to the requirements of the publicity position. In such an orderly working environment, I have learned a lot. In the future, I will continue to use the knowledge and experience accumulated in practice in my future study and work life, and contribute youthful strength to the construction of my hometown.
Wang Menghan
Before I knew it, the one-month summer internship life of the "Blue Bird Project·Study Returning to Taoxiang" was coming to an end. This month was rich and fulfilling for me. During this time, I mainly worked at the Taoyuan Town Government Economic and Management Station, responsible for assisting in the registration of each village's resource ledger, the entry of real estate information, etc. During this internship, I deeply realized the difficulty of government work, and I also saw the determination and strength of the government to serve the people. In the future study and life, I will be down-to-earth, self-improvement, better understand myself, better use my talents, assume the responsibilities and responsibilities of the younger generation, and contribute to the development of my hometown.
Gu Xinrong
During this internship in the Jade Bird Project, I mainly worked at the Taoyuan Town Government Economic and Management Station. I was mainly responsible for helping the accountants of the villages in Taoyuan Town organize their accounts and process forms and pictures. This practical activity is of great significance. It is something that cannot be learned on campus or in textbooks. It helps our college students transition from school life to social life. It also allows me to break through myself, exercise myself, and realize the importance of grassroots work. After hard work, I saw the plain and true feelings of my hometown. As young people in the new era, we should shoulder the responsibility of serving the construction of our hometown, always maintain our innocence towards the people, and use our youth to write a chapter worthy of the times.
Wang Zhenlu
During this internship in the "Blue Bird Project", I was mainly responsible for organizing files, nucleic acid testing registration, nucleic acid sample transfer, etc. Although the work is not difficult, it requires enough patience and care. This is a good learning experience, which makes me more proficient in using various office software and makes me more aware of the mission and responsibilities I bear as a young person in the new era. The short but substantial social practice allowed me to step out of the classroom, clarify my goals in the actual work environment, improve my ability to deal with people, and establish the idea and awareness of serving the society. From now on, I will work harder, be positive, and stick to my original intention, so that every step I take can leave a solid footprint.
Yang Yuting
During this summer vacation, I was very fortunate to participate in the Jade Bird Project and interned at the Taoyuan Town Government to hone myself here.When I first arrived, I had many shortcomings at work. The seniors in the office patiently guided me and taught me how to organize party member files and many other tasks. During the internship, I learned a lot of knowledge that I had never been exposed to before and accumulated valuable social experience. General Secretary Xi once sent a message to the youth, "Contemporary Chinese youth are a generation that walks in the same direction and moves forward together with the new era. They are born in a prosperous age and shoulder heavy responsibilities." In the future study and practice, I will not forget my original intention, accumulate experience in practice, and show the power of youth.
