Since joining Hunan Environmental Biology Vocational and Technical College in 2006, Teacher Luo Ping has worked silently on the front line of teaching, writing persistence and pursuit with ordinary people, and watering the flowers on the fertile soil of education with wisdom and sweat. As a full-time medical and health teacher, Luo Ping insists on implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people, and always keeps in mind the sacred mission of "educating people for the party and cultivating talents for the country". In class management, she adopts the "quantitative evaluation" method to details daily study and life habits, and promotes the development of good behavioral habits for students through the method of "diligent guidance, more supervision, and frequent praise". In addition, she also focuses on broadening students' horizons in various rich activities, training courage and increasing their knowledge, and striving to make every student "shining".
In life, she takes care of every student like a mother. Usually, what she pays most attention to is the physical and mental health of students. Once you find that the student is unwell, you must care about it as soon as possible. If students have emotional changes, they must find time to talk and do their best to help children in need.

class Ling has always been a child with a strong ambition and high demands on himself. He pursues perfection in everything in both study and life and does not allow himself to fail. However, during a final exam, her grades declined due to various factors. During that period, she was very depressed, sighed all day long, and even had a negative situation of skipping classes and skipping school.
Luo Ping saw it in her eyes and was anxious. She was afraid that her child would suffer setbacks and would go on in a daze. So, she found Ling many times, trying every means to guide her to express her heart, encourage her to use the professional knowledge she has learned to actively participate in community and school charity activities, and consciously cultivate her ability to discover and solve problems in social practice activities, so that she can regain confidence and interest in learning. Later, Ling got out of the trough, achieved excellent results in professional skills competitions and innovation and entrepreneurship competitions many times, and won the title of "Outstanding Graduate".
In the work, Luo Ping does everything with sincerity, treats everyone honestly, and learns from outstanding colleagues around her humbly. The lectures, trainings and competitions that
participated in are all "gilded" on the road to teachers.
