On November 30, 2007, Jinhuayoung officer Meng Xiangbin jumped from a ten-meter-high bridge and rescued a young woman who committed suicide. However, he never came up again, and his life was fixed at the age of 28. That year, his daughter Meng Shiyan was only 3 years old.
