Recruitment conditions

(1) On-site registration

3. Registration requirements: Each person is limited to one position. The number of qualified applicants for the same position should not be less than twice the number of people in the recruitment plan. If the number is less than the specified ratio, the recruitment plan will be canceled or reduced accordingly.

4. Documents and materials required for registration:

(2) Qualification review

(3) Skills test and written examination

To apply for skill subjects (referring to primary and secondary school physical education, primary and secondary school music, primary and secondary school art), you need to add a skills test, and other subjects require direct written examinations.

1. Skills test. It mainly tests the basic skills corresponding to the subjects you apply for (equipment provided by the examination center). The full score is 100 points, and the passing score is 70 points. Those who fail the skills test cannot be included in the written test. The time and location of the skills test will be notified later.

2. Written test. It mainly tests education and teaching theory, subject professional knowledge and education and teaching practical ability. For positions in technical disciplines, candidates for the written examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:5 based on the skills test scores from high to low. If the ratio is less than the specified ratio, the candidates for the written examination will be determined based on the actual number of people. The written examination is a closed book format with a full score of 100 points. The time and location of the written examination will be notified later.

(4) Interview

The interview candidates are determined based on the written test scores (skilled subject positions are based on skill test scores × 40% + written test scores × 60%) from high scores to low scores in a 1:3 ratio (excluding those who are exempt from the written test). If the number is less than the specified ratio, interview candidates will be determined based on the actual number of candidates. Candidates who are exempted from skills test and written test will go directly to the interview. The

interview mainly tests teaching design ability, ability to master teaching content, teaching organization ability and the basic quality of teachers. The interview will be conducted in the form of simulated class + expert questions. The full interview score is 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points. The interview score will be rounded to 2 decimal places. Those who fail the interview cannot advance to the next stage. The interview time and location will be notified later.

(5) Physical examination

After the interview, the candidates for the physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 according to the recruitment position plan based on the interview scores from high to low. If the interview scores are the same, the one with the higher written test score will be ranked first (if there are candidates who are exempted from the written test, the candidates who are exempted from the written test will be ranked first). The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Physical Examination Work Procedures for Civil Servant Admissions. Those shortlisted for physical examination who do not participate in the physical examination at the prescribed time and place will be deemed to have voluntarily given up the physical examination. Physical examination expenses are at your own expense.

(6) Inspection The

inspection is led by the district education, culture and sports bureau and organized and implemented by the employer. (7) Publicity

will determine the list of personnel to be hired based on the results of the examination, physical examination, and inspection, and publish it on the Jiaxing Economic and Technological Development Zone Human Resources Network (www.kfrl.com) website for 7 working days. Applicants who are unqualified or voluntarily give up during the physical examination, inspection, and public announcements will be filled in order from high score to low score in the interview for the recruitment position.

(8) Recruitment

Personnel to be employed must report within the specified time after receiving the notice. Those who exceed the deadline without justifiable reasons will be disqualified from employment and will not be replaced. The personnel to be hired must terminate the labor (employment) contract with the original unit before reporting for work. Fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities in 2022 will be processed according to the graduate registration procedures. If they cannot graduate on time or do not obtain the academic qualifications required for the recruitment position, their employment qualifications will be cancelled.

Recruitment personnel are included in the public institution management, sign a public institution employment contract with the recruiting unit, and agree on a probation period in accordance with regulations. After the probation period expires, those who pass the assessment will be formally employed; those who fail will be cancelled.

The minimum service period of newly hired teachers in the employing school is 5 years. In principle, there will be no exchange or transfer within 5 years, except for unified deployment by the organization within the district.

Other matters

1. Candidates must present a valid resident ID card and admission ticket to take the exam. If your resident ID card is lost, you must apply for a new resident ID card or apply for a temporary resident ID card in a timely manner, otherwise you will not be allowed to enter the examination room.
