At present, the Lighthouse Practice Team has already begun. In-depth visits to Hong Kong and Thailand Logistics, Jianhang Logistics, Wuyouda and other enterprises. Before the visit, the team will conduct a preliminary industry analysis and intelligence collection of the visiting companies, and design an interview list based on factors such as the industry, the stage of the company, and the objects of the visit, and carry out fine-tuning. After completing the fine-tuning of the company, the two parties began to communicate on issues such as talent needs, school recruitment planning, and school-enterprise cooperation. After showing the association's plans and past cases, the company leaders expressed great interest and intention for follow-up cooperation.
At Gangtai International Logistics Co., Ltd., human resources manager Guo Ye introduced the company's talent supply chain construction to the practice team and exchanged views on previous cooperation status.
