On the afternoon of September 28, in accordance with the school discipline education month and the teacher's moral education month, Huizhou Open University's discipline inspection room, office, general affairs department and other relevant departments formed an inspection team to conduct a comprehensive office order inspection of each department . The inspection was led by Wei Qizhi, deputy secretary of the school’s party committee and secretary of the Disciplinary Committee.
The members of the inspection team went deep into the offices of various departments, service halls, medical offices and other service places to conduct a comprehensive and detailed inspection of housekeeping, cleanliness and sanitation, and the inspection results were generally in good condition. All departments were able to "mobilize" in accordance with the requirements of the activity, thoroughly cleaning up the environmental sanitation, reorganizing the internal items of the departments, optimizing the public health order, and basically achieving clean floors, orderly storage of materials, and air circulation. Among them, the office, admissions, finance, educational affairs, economics, management, teaching and research departments performed well, and the office environment was completely new. At the same time, the inspection also found that there are some problems in individual departments and individuals that need attention. The main manifestations are the disorderly arrangement of office items and poor desktop hygiene; individual comrades do not have a high level of ideological understanding, and still have bad habits of mediocrity, laziness, and looseness. They also found excuses while not actively rectifying the office order. This kind of behavior just contradicts that to build a style of work is to start with small things and to do it consistently to the end.
Next, the school will conduct surprise inspections from time to time. Secretary Wei Qizhi emphasized that all comrades must earnestly realize the importance of work style construction, continue to strengthen work style construction, and build a strong team of faculty and staff.
