This evaluation includes 30 undergraduate universities and 22 scientific research institutes, involving 3722 scientific research facilities and instruments (sets) with an original value of more than 200,000 yuan, and 1,529 units (sets) with an original value of more than 500,000 yuan. Among them, Hunan Normal University and other 20 units have standardized management systems, high efficiency in the operation and use of scientific research equipment, and obvious results in opening up and sharing, and the assessment results are excellent; Hunan Institute of Science and Technology and other 13 units have relatively sound management systems. The operation efficiency is high, the opening and sharing effect is good, and the assessment result is good; 16 units including Hunan Institute of Engineering meet the basic requirements of open sharing, and the assessment result is qualified; 3 units including Hunan Tea Research Institute The open sharing situation is poor, and the assessment result is unqualified. The evaluation results will serve as an important reference for the allocation of scientific and technological innovation resources such as scientific and technological innovation platforms, projects, talents (teams), open and shared two-way subsidies.
The reporter was informed that compared with the previous year, the participating units paid more attention to open and shared work, the utilization rate of scientific research facilities and instruments was significantly increased, and the effect of supporting scientific and technological innovation was more significant. At the same time, through the evaluation and assessment, some problems were also found: the open and shared management policy needs to be further implemented; the situation of idle waste, decentralization, and personalization of equipment in some units still exists; the construction of experimental technical support teams needs to be further strengthened.
