Qualitative research is a commonly used research method in the fields of social science and education. Carrying out a qualitative research, from raising research questions, determining research methods, to data collection, data analysis, and completion of thesis writing and successful publication. This series of processes are like trekking through mountains and rivers, with continuous difficulties and a lot of effort by researchers. .
At the same time, as the demand and number of Chinese social science and education scholars to publish articles in international journals increases, Wiley , as a global academic publisher, hopes to make contributions to help young scholars improve the quality of scientific research and publication efficiency; therefore , We invited the editor of Journal of Research in Science Teaching (IF: 4.832), from Professor Fu Guopeng from East China Normal University , to carry out a series of free lectures to share qualitative research and publishing experience and Experience.

Fu Guopeng
East China Normal University
Dr. Fu Guopeng is currently an associate professor in the Teacher Education College of East China Normal University. Professor Fu Guopeng graduated from Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2008 with a bachelor's degree, and in 2010 and 2014 received a master's degree and doctorate from University of British Columbia respectively. Mainly engaged in science education, teacher education, and research on the autonomy of science teachers and students. Currently serves as a member of the editorial board of Journal of Research in Science Teaching , a member of the international advisory board of Educational Review , a visiting associate professor of the Department of Curriculum and Teaching Law at the University of British Columbia, and a member of several international education journals Reviewers. Relevant results were published in Compare: A Journal of Comparative and International Education, Studies in Science Education, Journal of Research in Science Teaching and other world-class educational journals.
