1 Funding criteria
"Chunhua Action" will fund the city's household registration and student status, take the 2021 general college entrance examination and be a full-time undergraduate college For the admitted 100 female college students, the subsidy standard is RMB 5,000 per person.
2 Funding target
Non-free students admitted to full-time undergraduate colleges in 2021 can apply if they meet one of the following conditions:
1. Rural poverty alleviation and unstable households, households that are prone to return to poverty and become poor.
2. Families who enjoy the minimum living guarantee for urban and rural residents in Zhumadian or whose income is lower than the minimum living guarantee for urban and rural residents in Zhumadian.
3. Families suffering from sudden disasters, major illnesses of family members, and other reasons.
4. Orphans whose parents have died, a single-parent family whose parents are divorced or one of them has passed away without stable income.
3 Application materials
1. The "Chunhua Action" female college students’ application form for helping the poor are in duplicate.
2. Family poverty certificate (one copy): the village committee or neighborhood committee will issue a certificate of family difficulties,And truthfully provide relevant information, low guarantee , disability certificate, unemployment certificate , and copies of major diseases issued by medical departments at or above the county level.
3. Identity certificate (verify the original and submit a copy): ①The student's ID card; ②The student's admission ticket; ③The admission notice (or a screenshot of the admission information network); ④The account book; ⑤The student opens an account One copy of Central Plains Bank debit card.
4 Funding methods
City Women’s Federation 2021 "Chunhua Action" in accordance with the principle of territorial jurisdiction and non-repetitive assistance, the women's federations of counties (districts) shall apply separately, centrally review, publicize, and issue uniformly. Applicants must apply for assistance through the Women's Federation of the county (district) where their household registration is located. The Municipal Women's Federation does not accept applications submitted by individuals. The deadline for receiving application materials is August 12, 2021.
