My bond with H3CIE
I am a student of Wuhan Commerce and Trade. When I was a freshman and sophomore, the courses arranged by the school were very complicated. There were almost all aspects, but no key points. When I was studying, I was more interested in the knowledge of numerology. The sophomore mathematics course was taught by Mr. Ji Assistant from Runtian Education. Mr. Ji's teaching method is unique, humorous and easy to understand. The classmates study very seriously, and I have a deeper interest in this course.

After looking at many job offers, he couldn't find a suitable one, and he didn't want to do those jobs without technical content, so he decided to study the knowledge of networking in depth. In the early stage, I visited several training institutions on the spot, but after comprehensive consideration of teachers, learning atmosphere and employment, I chose to study the H3CIE-RS+ course at Jinxin Runtian.

It is difficult to pass
Mastering the learning method that suits you can achieve twice the result with half the effort. Mr. Deng Fangming is my course instructor. Mr. Deng knows the students very well. He shared a lot of learning methods with us and paid attention to our learning effect. I also found a learning method that suits me during the learning process: preview before class, listen to the teacher's lecture during the day, and go back to review at night. Each class has screen recordings, notes, and homework to help us complete our understanding of what we learned that day.The learning process of the IE course is very tiring, but it is very fulfilling. I will not describe the specific process in detail. I will focus on sharing the examination process with you.
The first is a written test. The content of the test focuses on theory and requires us to read and memorize more knowledge points. It will be very easy to pass the written test.
Then there is the machine-based LAB. Mr. Deng gives us special guidance and explanations. The machine-based model is mainly for troubleshooting, which requires a certain theoretical support, focusing on understanding and integrating the knowledge learned. If you don't understand it, and you will be nervous when troubleshooting, you will be confused and you will not be able to think of a method to complete the troubleshooting. Therefore, you must lay a solid foundation when learning the theory. Although it is said that there are errors in the information, but you still have to understand it yourself. I clearly remember what Mr. Deng told us: when you can successfully complete LAB troubleshooting, your cognition and understanding of these protocols and why the network should be planned in this way will go to a higher level. This is indeed the case, and even these understandings and cognitions in troubleshooting will have a great role in the interview. With the guidance of Mr. Deng, the LAB exam was also successfully passed.
Now comes the real hard part: the interview. I have a very deep feeling about the interview. The interview is a comprehensive inspection of the knowledge and application I have learned. At the beginning of the class, Mr. Deng said something that impressed me deeply: the fish you catch in the class will be made up in the interview. This is the truth. If you don't understand it during the learning process, you have to go back and watch videos and take notes to learn. Therefore, you must be serious at the beginning of the class, try your best to understand the knowledge, and understand it thoroughly, so that you will not feel difficult when preparing for the interview.
Mr. Deng also prepared some interview materials for us. These materials also need to be deeply understood. Memorizing them by rote will not be effective. Even if you memorize them, you may not know what to do when the interviewer asks another way. answered. For example, two-point, two-way, double-introduction and two-point, two-way redistribution are actually the same concept. They just changed their vests, and some students can't tell them apart. So, it’s important to understand what these protocols do when preparing for an interview. What is the use? What problem does it solve?
Another important point is that in the interview, the examiner asks you questions and you answer them. Many students will be unconsciously nervous in such a scene, and the nervousness will make the brain blank. At this time, even if you really understand, it is difficult to answer. In view of this, try not to prepare for the interview alone, exchange and discuss knowledge points with classmates, roommates or friends, and if you don't understand, you can ask classmates and friends for advice, the effect will be better. Teacher Deng will conduct a mock interview before the test, and will also take time to answer our questions and solve some of our doubts and knowledge points that we do not understand in the preparation for the test.

The hard work pays off
After the test, you will receive the test result email after waiting seven working days. The waiting process is still very anxious, because I did not go well in the interview process, and I also feel that the answer is not very good it is good. But the moment I received the interview pass email, my heart was relieved, I shouted excitedly, and shared the good news with the teacher as soon as possible.
Recalling the more than three months of preparation for the IE exam, I went out early and returned late every day. Although I was very tired, the moment I received the interview and passed the email, I felt that it was worthwhile.I have met many new friends and teachers during my study and test preparation. I would like to thank Mr. Deng for his careful guidance, Mr. Gao for his help, and for the mutual help of the students preparing for the test together!
