
On the morning of May 25th, the Zhejiang Provincial Consumer Protection Committee held the "Provincial Consumer Education Base Symposium" to discuss topics such as the work progress of the base in 2020, the work plan for 2021 and how to play the role of the base to better carry out consumer education work.


In order to give full play to social forces and resources to participate in consumer education, and actively promote the comprehensive upgrading of consumer education in our province, since 2015, Zhejiang Provincial Consumer Protection Committee has cultivated 18 provincial-level consumer education bases. In the work of last year, each base has deeply cultivated consumer education work in their respective industry fields, and has formed a good social influence. In this regard, the Provincial Consumer Protection Committee issued the honorary certificate of "2020 Excellent Provincial Consumer Education Base" to Hangzhou Bank, China Life Zhejiang Branch, and China Telecom Zhejiang Branch. According to customer inquiries and complaints over the years, ’s relatively concentrated service issues and the eight rights and interests of financial consumers, standardize the systematic construction of publicity and in consumer education; open a consumer protection column on official WeChat , and conduct online publicity by type and series in an easy-to-understand way; offline activities are mainly carried out for special groups of "one old and one young", highlighting the theme of publicity and preventing formalization of activities.
Caitong Securities
establishes a fully functional consumer education base for consumers , and links social resources to expand and extend the publicity; Produce short live-action videos, etc.; actively cooperate with school to guide youth financial quotient education.
Hangzhou Bank
Based on the network position, it carried out multi-themed consumer education activities; upgraded Dandelion Station, and used the network audiobook to disseminate consumer information; through "please come in, go out", online and offline publicity and education activities were jointly established.
China Telecom Zhejiang Branch
Provides elderly-friendly services for the special consumer groups of the elderly; continues to build a business hall for assured consumption; develops consumer education bases across the province, and promotes grassroots consumer education.
National Intelligent Toilet Quality Inspection Center
Through centralized lectures, special lectures, on-site experience, case presentations, forums and exchanges, etc., organize consumers to carry out special publicity and education on smart toilet product consumption.
ICBC Jiefang Road Sub-branch
Improve the long-term publicity mechanism for financial consumer rights protection , and make reducing various complaints as the focus of consumer protection work; continue to carry out the work of "inviting in and going out", deepening anti-fraud and anti-counterfeiting Wait for the publicity work of consumption hot spot .
