2022 Hainan Second-level Construction Engineer Certificate is to be issued~
Everyone must abide by the issuance requirements to obtain the certificate
Dear candidates:
Since it is still in the epidemic prevention and control period, in order to avoid the gathering of large numbers of people, you are advised to read this notice carefully and be sure to obtain the certificate according to the certificate method and requirements. If there is any inconvenience, please apologize. The specific arrangements are as follows:
1. Time for obtaining the certificate: October 19, 2022 (Wednesday) to October 28, 2022 (the certificate cannot be obtained on weekends).
2. Place of certificate collection: Front desk of the second floor of Hainan Construction Training and Practice Qualification Registration Center Co., Ltd., No. 6 Wenlian Road, Meilan District, Haikou City.
3. Methods for obtaining certificates: Candidates make an appointment in advance (see Appendix 1 for details; the appointment number is updated in time according to relevant circumstances) and receive it in batches and time periods based on the appointment information; if the deadline is invalid, re-arrangement is required; candidates who have not made a successful appointment are not allowed to obtain the certificate; this method is only for use during the current epidemic prevention and control period, and if there is any change in the epidemic situation, timely changes will be made.
4. Certificate requirements:
1. Please bring the original ID card to collect; I agree to bring the power of attorney, the original and copy of the ID card of both parties; if the unit needs to collect the certificate on its behalf, please issue the original and copy of the ID card of the unit, the original and copy of the ID card of the person who is required to collect it on its behalf.
2. Before getting the certificate, please check your certificate number in advance (see Attachment 2 for details) and record it. Tell the staff when getting the certificate to improve the efficiency of obtaining the certificate.
3. The license holder properly keeps the original personal ID card in case others misappropriately.
4. Please be sure to wear a mask when obtaining a certificate, show the health code , and cooperate with the center's epidemic prevention staff to measure body temperature, register, disinfect, etc.; consciously queue up and collect it in an orderly manner, and keep the distance between people in front and behind for more than 1 meter.
