There was a believer in the past who accidentally fell into the water when he was out at sea. Because he was very religious, he was not worried that anything would happen to him. He believed that he must be protected, so he began to pray.

After a while, a log floated on the water. The log floated in front of him, but he didn't pay attention and continued to wait. After a few minutes, a boatman came to him and stretched out his hands to pull him into the boat, but he refused because he believed that the Bodhisattva would definitely come to save him.

Two days later, he was submerged in the sea. Just when he was about to leave this world, he was still complaining: "I am so devoted to you, why don't you come to save me?" In a daze, he heard a voice saying to him: "I have gone to save you twice. The first time I became a log, and the second time I became a boatman, but you refused." After hearing this, the man finally understood that the reason was that he was too stupid.

Actually, many of us are being protected, but we just don’t know it. Why is it said that everyone who goes to Mount Wutai can see Manjushri Bodhisattva ? In fact, what they saw was not the statue in the temple. Where was he? He is actually by your side. Everyone you meet in Wutai Mountain may be his incarnation. Everyone around you and everything you encounter may be his help and protection for you.

If we want to know whether we are being protected, we need to see if there are any of the following three signs. Even if there is one, it means that we are being protected.

First, happiness.

Many people like to go to temples to seek wealth and fame, but they don’t know that these are not blessings at all. If a person can live in happiness and joy every day, that is the greatest blessing. It also means that you are being protected. The real protection for you is not to make you rich, but to make you happy.

Second, be safe and healthy.

If your body is healthy, it means that you are being protected. In fact, everyone who is healthy and safe is lucky. Don't think that what you ask for is very important. In fact, compared with life and health, other things are trivial.

Third, be compassionate and kind.

If your heart is compassionate and kind, it means that you are a protected person. Such a person can be protected even if he never goes to the temple to burn incense. If a person does good, God will bless him. A kind person, God will not treat him badly.
