This female "body Bodhisattva" is no one else. She is a wealthy lady born in the Northeast. She once saved a silver needle from the volunteer army on the battlefield. She was also a third-level revolutionary disabled soldier.

Why did a spoiled and rich daughter go to the Korean battlefield and why did she become the only "body bodhisattva" in China?

Her legendary experience is amazing.

1911, Jiang Sumin was born in a family named Jiang from Xiuyan, Shenyang. Although his father Jiang Fuqing didn't know much about literacy, he was hard-working, honest and trustworthy, and had the talent for business, so he naturally had a wealthy family.

Everyone says that the daughter is the father's close-fitting little jacket, not to mention that Jiang Fuqing is a girl who comes late. He is afraid of falling when holding Jiang Sumin, and afraid of melting when holding her mouth.

Jiang Sumin just turned three years old, Jiang Fuqing invited a private school teacher to teach her piano, chess, calligraphy and painting, and etiquette in the boudoir. She vowed to cultivate her to become a well-educated and well-educated lady, and to find a good family with a good family in the future.

Xiao Sumin is talented and has a quiet personality. At the age of 7 or 8, she was already a famous "little girl" far and wide. The teacher is very proud and her father is even more happy.

At this moment, something unexpected happened, like an invisible force in the dark, changed Jiang Sumin's fate.

It turns out that the private school teacher is a devout Buddhist layman. In addition to teaching Xiao Sumin, he will do his homework in the morning and evening. On the first and fifteenth day of each month, or on the major anniversary of Buddhism, he will even recite large Buddhist texts such as " Diamond Sutra ", and often copy the "Heart Sutra" and other Buddhist scriptures.

That afternoon, after class, Xiao Sumin brought tea to the teacher. When she put down the tea bowl, Yu Guang saw an old book on the teacher's desk. The corners of the book were light-colored and covered with a cover had been ground, but the name of the book was still clearly visible: "The Great Perfect and Unobstructed Great Compassion Dharani".

Xiao Sumin had never seen this book, and she didn't know "Tuo". Even so, Xiao Sumin suddenly felt a bright and warm feeling in her heart. The teacher signaled to agree. Xiao Sumin took the book and held it carefully in her hand. The teacher told her the meaning of "Tuo".

That night, both teachers and students suffered from insomnia.

Xiao Sumin tossed and turned, naively imagining, what kind of person is Buddha ?

But the teacher felt deeply embarrassed: Jiang Fuqing wanted to train his daughter to be a lady from a family, and would marry and take care of his husband and children in the future. But Xiao Sumin had a deep connection with Buddhism. How should he guide this child in the future?

After thinking about it, the teacher decided to obey the child's interests and hobbies.

From then on, the master and apprentice began to get busy. Outside the normal course, the teacher took Xiao Sumin to first learn basic knowledge of Buddhist history, celebrities, sects, etc., and then learn Buddhist scriptures such as " Amitabha Sutra" and "Diamond Sutra", as well as simple practice rules.

10 years old, the teacher often took Xiao Sumin to the temple in the city to listen to the preaching of the great monks and masters in the name of opening their eyes. At the age of 12 or 3, Xiao Sumin's cultivation in the history, theory and law of Buddhism had reached a very high level.

Teacher has long realized that Xiao Sumin will eventually convert to Buddhism , and his wisdom and cultivation are far higher than himself.

When Xiao Sumin grew older, she bid farewell to the private school and entered the school in the city. My father arranged for someone to take care of her, and he would cook lunch in the city and pick it up and drop it off in the morning and evening.

said that he was studying in school, and most of Jiang Sumin's energy was devoted to getting close to Buddhism and being kind and giving. At a young age, he often walks 7 or 8 miles to Baoquan Temple in the north of Xiuyan Town, , and participate in Buddhist activities. All the pocket money given by his family was donated to the temple.

At that time, the warlords fought in a mess and the people were living in poverty. Xiuyan The hungry people who fled to famine in the town had no clothes and no food to cover their stomachs, which deeply hurt Jiang Sumin. She sought her father's support and used her father's help to buy food, and set up pots and dress up porridge with the monks of Baoquan Temple.

's kindness has moved many wealthy adults.

At this moment, Jiang Sumin made an amazing decision.

"Father, I want to become a monk."

Jiang Sumin was in her prime at this time, with a pretty face and gentle temperament. She was a standard lady from a family in every move, but she spoke amazingly in front of the whole family.

Jiang Fuqing was hit by a bolt from the blue and instantly collapsed on the armchair, his face turning from red to white.

Jiang Sumin's mother was so scared that she stroked her husband's chest, while the family served tea, and the doctor called him the doctor. The family made a pot of porridge in an instant.

You should know that at that time, those who became monks and nuns either had a poor family and had no choice but to go to the nunnery to make a living; or they had to become monks in order to avoid the coercion of strong people.

And Jiang Sumin, a rich lady, has a pampered family and is talented. She regards her family as a jewel in her palm. Now she wants to become a monk, which is unheard of.

Jiang Fuqing decided that even if he sacrificed his life, he would never agree to his daughter's request.

From then on, although Jiang Sumin came in school, she was under strict supervision from her family. Jiang Fuqing also planned to get married.

Soon, they organized a marriage for Jiang Sumin. The man's hometown is a wealthy businessman in Tonghua, Jilin. The young man himself taught at a university in Shenyang, which is also a match.

Although Jiang Sumin was unwilling to do so, she finally agreed to the marriage as she looked at her parents who worked hard day and night and gradually grew old.

Fortunately, her husband is well-educated and cared for her, and she does not interfere with her involvement in Buddhism. The couple's life after marriage is also quite peaceful and stable.

However, Japan's iron hooves quickly shattered the livelihoods of the people of Northeast China. My husband is a patriotic and passionate young man. Although he did not join the army, after the 9/18 Incident, his husband actively organized students to join the struggle against Japanese aggression.

Jiang So-min appreciates her husband's patriotism, and the two originally alienated hearts gradually got together.

But in the spring of 1940, my husband was not arrested because he participated in the anti-Japanese event, but he was seriously injured and could not go to the hospital for treatment. Jiang Sumin waited day and night and took good care of her.

It’s a pity that things didn’t go as expected. Three months later, the husband left with grief and anger and reluctance to his beloved wife.

Although he is devoted to Buddha, Jiang Su is at this moment feeling the desolation of her husband's departure, and she is also feeling sad and indignant about the devil-crazy Japanese invaders.

Experienced the joys and sorrows of life, with longing for relatives and lovers, in the fall of 1940, 29-year-old Jiang Sumin cut her hair into a nun at Xiantong Temple in Wutai Mountain, Shanxi, with the Dharma name benevolence and righteousness. She finally fulfilled her long-cherished wish at the age of 15.

How can there be a complete egg under the collapse of the nest? The Japanese invaders burned, killed, looted, and committed all kinds of evil, and the monks who practiced were not spared. Seeing the injured people and soldiers not receiving treatment, this scene deeply hurt Jiang Sumin's heart. The mountains and rivers were broken and the motherland was in trouble, how could she do nothing?

In the summer of 1942, Jiang Sumin resolutely took off her Haiqing (monk's robe), and returned to Shenyang where she had lived for ten years. She went to Shenyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine to study traditional Chinese medicine, focusing on acupuncture, and opened a self-employed clinic in Shenyang after graduation. With the kindness of the doctor and the help of the wounded, he was praised by many as a "living Bodhisattva".

In 1950, the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea broke out. Jiang So-min resolutely signed up to participate in Chinese People's Volunteer Army and followed the army to the battlefield as a military doctor.

In the three years of resisting U.S. aggression and aiding Korea, she braved the guns and bullets to save lives and help the wounded. A silver needle not only reduced the pain of the wounded, but also saved the lives of many soldiers.

The most scarce medicines on the battlefield at that time were anesthetics and antibiotics. The great pain is unimaginable without anesthetic surgery.Jiang Sumin learns acupuncture and is proficient in twelve meridians and twelve meridians and eight meridians. She uses acupuncture points to relieve pain for the injured.

Surgeons are very good at Jiang Sumin's unique skills in acupuncture and pain relief. Because in their original concept, surgery is absolutely impossible without anesthetics.

After returning from the battlefield in 1953, Jiang Sumin worked in Tonghua 206 Hospital and Shenyang Dananguan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Acupuncture Department .

1978, 67-year-old Jiang Sumin let go of mundane affairs and returned to Xiantong Temple, Wutai Mountain where she originally became a monk, to continue her practice.

4 years later, Jiang Sumin received the full precepts at Wutai Mountain Tayuan Temple and practiced at Nanshan Temple in Wutai Mountain. At this point, Jiang Sumin, who is 71 years old, has finally become a real nun.

Recent year, the 72-year-old Master Renyi came to Tonghui Chanlin Temple in Jiuhua Mountain. Faced with the dilapidated temple, she took out a total of 120,000 yuan in life savings and flipped the temple. Since then, she continued to use her acupuncture and medical skills to save the world and cure diseases and save lives, and was deeply loved by people.

On November 28, 1995, the 85-year-old Renyi Master passed away her legendary life. Before her death, she instructed her disciple Master Sishang: After I die, don’t cremate, I will sit in the jar.

sitting in the jar is a ritual held for the body after the passing of the Buddhist monk, including sitting in the jar, sealing the jar, opening the jar. If the monks in the tank are opened in a few years, and the faces of the monks in the tank are alive and their bodies do not rot, they will be shaped into golden bodies and become "physical Buddhas".

Master Renyi was personally installed by his disciple Master Sishang. According to the rules, there should be more white ash when installing the cylinder. Master Sishang saw that there was a little in the corner of the wall, so he casually installed two shovels; according to the Jiuhuashan installation cylinder rules, 200 kilograms of charcoal were required, and Master Sishang only installed 100 kilograms.

For such a big thing, Master Sishang actually cut corners?

In Buddhism, although women and men have the potential to cultivate, and can also attain the Arhat fruit or even become a Buddha, the concept of male superiority and female inferiority always exists in the secular world. Master Sishang has never heard of it and does not believe that even a woman can become a Buddha.

Four years after Master Renyi died, he opened the jar on January 2, 1999: Master Renyi not only has his body not rotten, but his skin is still elastic, and his skin color is no different from that of ordinary people.

A monk or nun who becomes a monk can leave relics after his death. Whether it is a broken body or a full body relics, it is the most powerful proof of a monk's true cultivation and attainment of enlightenment. To become a Buddha in the flesh, you need a higher level and cultivation.

Renyi Master Tai looked peaceful, the only difference from when sitting in the jar: the sealed right hand was slightly raised, and the thumb and index finger were twisted in needle-shaped, which was her posture for the patients for decades.

The most special thing is that she has no feminine characteristics at all.

Tonghui Chanlin Temple again heard a deep and distant bell, conveying the love and blessings of the Bodhisattva Benevolence and righteousness to the world.

Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are not far away from us, and their good deeds are in our lives.

When your cognition and behavior are far away from greed, anger, ignorance, arrogance, doubt, and close to Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.

When you can do your best to help others (give wealth), use your compassion and time to relieve others' inner pain (give Dharma), and after helping others, you do not seek rewards or even leave no traces in your heart (give without attachment), you are already practicing the good deeds of the Bodhisattva.

When a person's evil desires expand to an uncontrollable and unrealized state, every cell is bitten and tormented by infinite pain every moment. This is hell on earth.

Give someone a rose, leaving the fragrance on your hands. Starting from being kind to a child, warm sunshine will rise in your heart.

People still remember a saying that the Bodhisattva Benevolence and righteous often said: If you want to become a Buddha, you must first be a good person.
