Xishuangbanna General Buddhist Temple, called "Wabajie" in Dai language, is located on the south side of the back garden of Manting Office in Jinghong City District. The temple was a holy place where the supreme ruler of the Xishuangbanna area, Zhao Pianling and his chieftains, worshiped Buddha before liberation. The total Buddhist temple covers an area of more than 3,000 square meters, with a construction area of about 1,100 square meters. The main buildings are the "Weihan" hall, the Buddhist college teaching building, the monks' residence "Xu Nuan" and the "Bosu" under construction "(The lotus tops the Buddhist pavilion). Walking to the left side of the courtyard gate, you can see a row of bungalows and a big long drum called "Guangbing" in Dai language. There is an altar in front of the north wall, enshrining several Buddha statues, and the "Buddha Jataka" is painted on the wall. On the altar on the east wall, there is a seven-armed Buddha.
