Not Kong (705-774), a translator who translated esoteric classics into Chinese. Fu Kong was an important figure who made Tantric Buddhism flourish in the Tang Dynasty. Fu Kong's thoughts straddle both Sutra and Tantric teachings, but it does not specifically focus on Tantric teachings. Instead, it believes that Tantric practice methods can lead to faster enlightenment than the so-called explicit teachings .
