Listening to Yi Gongzi talking about the "Heart Sutra", she said: There are too many uncertainties in our lives. The reason why we feel bitter is because we want certainty too much, but in this world, Everything is changing, flowing every moment, and nothing is certain. And when we cannot live in those uncertainties, there is suffering in our hearts. The "Heart Sutra" tells us: form is emptiness, emptiness is form, and everything is just perception, thought, and awareness...

As I listened, tears suddenly burst out of my eyes. At that moment, I was deeply touched by this statement. , the Heart Sutra is too familiar to me. When I think back to those years when the Heart Sutra accompanied me every night, I still have mixed feelings.

That should be the lowest moment in my life. The truest state in my heart is that I am full of hatred. It is not hatred towards society or a certain individual, but resentment towards my own destiny. I hate why destiny has brought it to me. So much suffering. At that time, if fate was a tangible thing, I would definitely tear it up immediately with my hands, bite it with my teeth, and chop it with my feet until the thing turned into powder, but it still could not relieve the hatred in my heart. It can be seen that at that time I was in a state of high resistance to this world.

However, I could not control my heart at that time. Even if I hated my fate, I could not die with it. Moreover, I had to live hard and live with a smile, because there were so many relatives around me. They are paying attention to me, and every move I make is in their eyes. If I don't pay attention, they will be hurt as well. However, I couldn't exorcise my inner demons.

I have no way to vent. I have insomnia every night. The insomnia is because my heart is tearing and I am struggling with something - now that I think about it, I am struggling with the uncertain future, right? I never want that kind of painful feeling again in my life.

A friend said to me: Listen to the Heart Sutra. The Heart Sutra exorcises inner demons and will make you calm down.

So I downloaded a piece of Heart Sutra music on my mobile phone and played it next to my pillow every night to accompany me.

I clearly remember the most intuitive feeling I had when listening to this music: she was humming in my ears like a lullaby, and it seemed that my mother was right next to me, stroking my hair with her hands, and treating me tenderly. He said, go to sleep, go to sleep, don’t think so much, don’t make yourself so miserable... My tears at that time were like opening a floodgate, just leaking out. I couldn’t hold it in anymore, and just let the tears flow out. , it seemed that there was infinite grievance in my heart that wanted to be released, and after I vented it, I fell into a deep sleep without knowing when.

Therefore, the Heart Sutra is like a confidant to me, accompanying me through those unbearable years, and giving me a kind of comfort and release. People who have not experienced it cannot understand that feeling.

My favorite sentences are: No worries, no worries, no fear, stay away from upside-down dreams. I once said it silently over and over again, as if I was comforting myself by saying: Don't be afraid, don't be afraid, don't think about anything, everything will pass.

Mr. Yi used Taoist concept of "inaction" to explain, which made me suddenly enlightened. She said that all the suffering in the world is actually caused by one's own thoughts. Even if it is a failure in life, if you don't think about the consequences of failure, nothing will happen. You always think "I must", so you will have many delusions in your mind, which will consume your mental energy. In fact, it will not help what you are doing, so it is better not to think about it. Taoist inaction means not thinking too much, which is the same meaning as Buddhist "mind without worries".

She said that this was just her personal insight, not knowledge, but her personal insight inspired me to feel the Heart Sutra on a deeper level.

I heard that the Heart Sutra was written by Master Xuanzang on his way to the West to obtain the Sutra. On the way to obtain the Sutra, he encountered many setbacks and hardships, and occasionally wavered in his belief. I don’t know what inspired him to write this. He recited the Heart Sutra silently every day, reciting it when he encountered difficulties, and reciting it when he felt that he could not hold on. Just by reciting it, he actually gained a kind of energy, inspiring him to successfully reach his destination...

I It is believed that the Master’s greatest success was not in spreading Indian Buddhism to China, but in his fearless and indomitable spirit on his way to the West to learn Buddhist scriptures, and in the Heart Sutra that supported his spirit - it is a healing tool for the human soul. A good remedy, it has been passed down and sought after by people for thousands of years.

Read the Heart Sutra carefully again, a " Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva", that is, a Bodhisattva who is not bound by the mind, "Paraparamita", Sanskrit , translated means "wisdom reaches the other shore", Avalokitesvara Bodhisattvas use their own wisdom to reach the other shore. In this regard, they give us a hint of "how to live wisely", and Sanskrit has become a philosophical language.

Seeing that the five aggregates are all empty, you can survive all the hardships. The relics are not different from emptiness. The five aggregates , emptiness, and color are actually reflections of mental images.

The relics are all phenomena are empty, , no thoughts, no thoughts, no eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body and mind, no color, sound, fragrance, touch, no vision, or even unconsciousness. There is no ignorance, and there is no end of ignorance. There is no old age and death, and there is no end of old age and death. There is no suffering and destruction of the path. There is no wisdom and no gain. It seems that these cannot be translated literally and can only be understood by oneself. What I thought after reading this is: As long as you don’t think about anything in the world, it will not interfere with you. Whatever you experience, whether it is bitter or sweet, is just the feeling in your heart. If you don’t think about it, you won’t feel it.

Speaking of this, I feel contradictory, because the Heart Sutra tells people not to think about everything and not to think too much, but I can't stop thinking about it, so I can't achieve the state of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva.

So, writing grammar like this is a kind of release. I won’t explain too much about the Sanskrit text that follows. In fact, the Heart Sutra is suitable for silent recitation. You can get a kind of peace of mind while reciting silently, which is its effectiveness. I explain it because I want to use my wisdom to live a better and higher quality life.
