(1) Bigui destroyed the Tathagata's mantle and shrank an arm Macheng A wealthy monk named Bigui once donated hundreds of gold to help the villagers build fortresses and defend one side. The disciple endlessly wanted to take the precepts, but Fan refused.
The disciples walked to Xingyan monk at night to report the warning and then returned. When Bigui saw it, she was furious, broke her three clothes and smashed her tile bowl.
Just after he went to bed that night, he saw Weituo Zun Tian was furious and cursed: "Who are you? Dare to destroy the Tathagata's dharma implement?" He wanted to hit it with a precious pestle, kowtow his head and ask for repentance. Wei Tian said: "I think you have done great work in building the stronghold, so I will remove one arm." He gently touched his right arm with the pestle, and he woke up with a wild scream.
Within a few days, his right arm suddenly disappeared. It was only seven or eight inches long, and his fist was like a small orange hanging on his shoulder. So far, both master and disciple are here.
(2) Zhang Zhentai used Wei Tian to express his dream of Anguo and rejuvenation of the Three Koreas
Zhang Longyu, taboo for great governance. When Xiezhen was in Huangzhou, he suddenly dreamed that Wei Tuo, the Prime Minister, was sitting there, holding a pestle and saying, "You live in a beautiful house, and I live in a thatched hut. Quickly build a palace for me." Duke Zhang asked, "Where is the Bodhisattva?" Wei Tian said, " Anguo Temple . "
When he woke up, he went to Anguo and went to the kitchen. He found Wei Tuo sitting in the hut, leaning over. He was greatly surprised and immediately sent out fifty gold coins to build the palace. The temple is located on Lingao Street, where Su Zizhan studied and meditated. It is extremely dilapidated. Zhang Gong said: "Since God has revealed a dream, it is certain that the country will be prosperous."
After a while, he opened the Hanxi Temple in Wuchang, and the Duke made a strong request to revive Anguo. I started to build the hall with the Autumn Scripture of 1898 and turned it into a large Zen mat. According to ancient records, the man who built a temple in the Southern Tang Dynasty was named Zhang Dayong. The person who is reviving today is named Zhang Dazhi, and he knows that he must have a past and a future.
(3) A monk from Yaofeng stole Wei Tian’s lamp oil and immediately condemned him. Reverse the binding and kneel in front of Wei Tian. He Yun said: "You stole a plate of noodles in Xuan Tomb the day before yesterday. My aunt forgives you. Now you steal my lamp oil and uttered evil words. The crime will not be forgiven." The monk in the courtyard was frightened and knelt down to express his confession. Nai said: "If it hadn't been for Guan Sheng's kind words and advice, I would have died with a pestle." As a punishment, he knelt down to lay incense. When the incense stick was about to be finished, everyone put their armpits on the meditation sheet. He said again: "There are still two inches of fragrance inside the ashes." He still knelt on the bed tied up. The crowd picked out two inches of fragrant fruit from the ashes. After the fragrance was finished, they were released and bound.
(4) In modern times, the appendix of "Chronology of Old Monk Xuyun" also records a story about Wei Tuo Bodhisattva rescuing disaster. In 1934, the old monk Xuyun Zhuoxi of Nanhua Temple planned to build the Qizhonghaihui Pagoda and build a Buddhist temple and monks' residence. At that time, the ancestral palace fell into ruins and was in ruins waiting to be rebuilt. It took several years of construction but was not completed.
Later, with the help of Chaozhou layman Zheng Zijia, he was able to achieve perfection. "This incident has a strange origin and a sense of enlightenment, which cannot be ignored by reporters. In the early days, lay people came to Hong Kong and became wealthy.
In the winter of the 30th year of the Republic of China (1941), Hong Kong fell. Lu Yan was in a state of chaos, and people were eating each other. The layman dreamed of a warrior wearing armor and holding a pestle at night, and when he woke up he recognized the dangers along the way. If God could help him, he passed by Nanhua Temple. The car rested and we had enough time to visit. When we arrived at the back of the Heavenly King Hall, we looked up at the statue of Wei Tuo Bodhisattva. The layman was astonished, fell to the ground, and wept with emotion. He then paid a visit to the abbot Xuyun. , and understand the difference, and take refuge, willing to use the money to build the temple, and use it to repay the kindness of the Bodhisattva."
"Records of the Present Fruit"
Wei Tuo Zuntian, one hundred and seventeen times, has been a childlike child. His merits are so great that they cannot be fully described. The Buddha of Baohua Lazuli Light attained enlightenment and was named Universal Eye Bodhisattva. Sakyamuni Tathagata attained enlightenment and was named Tongzhen Bodhisattva. On this special and auspicious Christmas day for Veituo Bodhisattva, I pray that the Bodhisattva will be blessed with peace and prosperity for the country and the people, good weather and good weather, long-lasting righteousness, and may the Buddha’s Sun shine brighter!
