This year, Chu Zhen, 36 years old, suffered from hearing impairment when he was a child, but he never lost confidence in life. As soon as he entered primary school, he studied hard and worked hard. After graduating from university in 2010, Chu Zhen also felt like a monk was confused when facing the unfamiliar camera, but the young man with perseverance and tenaciousness immediately reminded himself not to be intimidated by the difficulties in front of him. He firmly grasped the unit's news photography masters Zhao Chunxiao and Liu Chenhui, and started learning bit by bit; he firmly grasped the professional newspapers and magazines, and devoted himself to studying photography theory. Learn one, understand two, and practice three, take your own news photography exercises, ask humbly for advice, and the master's careful and meticulous guidance, Chu Zhen gradually got into the role. By the end of 2010, as a full-time photographer of the Municipal Information Office, Chu Zhen was able to work independently. With his outstanding achievements in more than 300 photographic news works published in the three-level party newspapers at the provincial, municipal and county levels every year, he won the recognition of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. At the Fifth Congress of the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation held on March 18, 2013, 27-year-old Chu Zhen was elected as the chairman of the Deaf Association. On March 16, 2018, Chu Zhen was re-elected of the position. He was also elected as a member of the Municipal CPPCC, a member of the Municipal Youth Federation, and vice chairman of the Municipal Workers' Photography Association, and was elected as the vice chairman of the Xinzhou Disabled Persons' Federation.
In the face of the encouragement and encouragement of the Party and the people, Chu Zhen did not be proud or stopped, but instead worked harder. He handed over his two children and housework to his parents and his wife, got up early and went to bed late, and did not rest during holidays, and devoted himself to his work. During an interview in the countryside, he met Yang Xuping, a disabled pig farmer in Yanzhuang Town, and filmed a documentary film "The One-Hand Pig Raiser". After reprinting and reporting by Shanxi News Network, Shanxi Daily and other media, Yang Xuping's income from selling pigs increased three times compared with the previous year. "The One-Hand Pig Raiser" also won the "Chinese Dream. My Dream" exhibition award of the National Disabled Web Photography Competition. In the battle of poverty alleviation, Chu Zhen took the initiative to invest, recorded the highlights of the great times with the camera in his hand, and carried forward the great achievements of the Yuanping people through newspapers and new media. Since last year, in order to give full play to the unique role of photography news in intuitive and convenient, Chu Zhen has launched the grand opening of the 12th Pear Blossom Poetry Art Week and Investment Promotion Conference in Xinzhou Daily through photography news edition and full version, and has played a due role in promoting Yuanping.
