There are many very strange news among them, such as domestic violence, drinking and beating people, and even causing conflicts while queuing up.
So in many people's perception, it is strange that this world is so beautiful, why are there always people who violate social morality or the law? Can't they be honest and good people? In fact, you see it just a superficial phenomenon. Among humans, it is estimated that 10% of people are such strange people, so don’t make a fuss about any actions they make. You must learn to be surprised whether you are surprised or not.
Why? If their actions do not violate the law. In fact, it’s not our turn to make trouble. If they really violate the law, then there will naturally be laws to punish them. But there is another result, that is, they may escape into a deep mountain forest, disappear from then on, and escape legal sanctions. Or they will use various means to wash themselves into a fat and fat life.
There are many people who may find it difficult to accept this. So next I will give a few simple examples, which may be more difficult to accept. Why? Because your mind is full of Confucian things. Moreover, most of the knowledge you receive from elementary school to university is Confucian things, which is deeply imprinted in your subconscious mind, so everyone has a set of moral standards for looking at the world.
For example, there are many young and beautiful girls who are willing to be young for the rich or are kept in captivity. If we look at this matter with this Confucian idea, it will definitely be difficult to accept and then criticize it. But in this girl's opinion, she actually knew very well that such an operation would be much higher than marrying an honest ordinary person.
So don’t talk about morality or chastity and shame with this type of people, because they have their own set of survival philosophy. The standard for judging this behavior may be that a certain group instills in your brain from elementary school to college, so your values are not necessarily nobler than their values. If you end up becoming a rich man, you may behave many times more crazy than the rich man you condemned.
You can figure it out by thinking this way. You see, in ancient times, people with better family conditions generally had three wives and four concubines. Moreover, as their three wives and four concubines, they never had any moral burden, which they felt very natural. Now this identity has just been transferred from the ground to the ground. So if you keep being disgusted with this behavior and condemn this behavior, it can only prove your narrow-mindedness and ignorance.
In addition, there is a truth here, for example, when you are queuing for something, someone is in the queue, or he doesn't need to queuing at all, and then you use morality to condemn them, and even see them being educated, you feel very comfortable and happy. What is the truth? The truth is that someone’s behavior may have been corrected this time, and there are 99 shortcuts behind it that are being taken, but you just haven’t seen it, or you can’t touch it at all.
That's why I said, don't interfere with other people's philosophy of survival, because a truly mature person will never condemn others casually, nor will he evaluate anyone casually. The real truth is that the resources in this world are extremely limited. Whoever plunders more will become the best. So many people always ask what is the purpose of our hard work? Didn’t you just want to be the best? Isn't it just for you to be ahead of me? On top of mine? The real tough guys will try hard to seize 100 resources, and they will not leave any of them to you. This is the truth.
This is just the most basic law of human society operation and is the level of law.You can also raise the dimension a little further. For example, I have always talked about the essential differences between people before. Why? Because everyone has different blessings, karma, and cause and effect. Buddhism talks about the six realms of reincarnation, each of which has its own karma, so it is called rebirth without karma. How can a person who comes from the way of heaven to the human world and a person who comes from the way of hell, evil ghosts, and human world have the same blessings and karma?
But you should be able to see that everything has cause and effect. Some people have great blessings, but they are arrogant and domineering, and have been consuming their previous blessings. They have more and more karma, and the final result will definitely not be too good. Some people seem to have poor blessings and deep karma, but they have been doing things to accumulate virtue and do good deeds, and have been pleading for sentient beings. In the end, their results are naturally different from before. This is what Buddhism calls "not obsessed with cause and effect".
