is like, three meals a day, some people like to eat fast food and drink milk tea, and have unbalanced nutrition for a long time, or have more oil and salt, and some problems will surely occur in their body one day;
is like, a family always has disputes, does not communicate well, and is indifferent to each other. In the long run, the relationship between husband and wife will inevitably die more and more;
is like, a company that cuts corners for a long time and uses inferior products as good ones. In the short term, profits may skyrocket due to cheap prices, but in the long run, sooner or later, reputation will be ruined;

In this world, everything has cause and effect.
If people do not know how to respect cause and effect, they will have no support in their hearts and have no help in life. If people do not respect cause and effect while living, they will easily go astray and will not be able to get out of the shackles of the past.
Jiacuo Living Buddha In " Everything is the best arrangement ", tells us:
All troubles and distress in the world are the "fruit", and the restlessness is the cause. Only when people in the world have always reversed cause and effect will they come up with paradoxes and fall into adversity.
So, if you want to avoid the "fruit" you bear, don't create the "cause".
You must know that when something happens, there will be cause and effect. Only by making yourself more calm and smiling at the present can you gain a sense of peace and peace.

Life has a life, and good fortune and misfortune depend on each other
Life is an impermanent journey.
No matter whether you are ambitious or an old horse in the stable, no matter whether you are climbing a high and looking far away, you will be in a low position, and you will be in harmony with each other and suffer and joy.
So, in the face of some sudden changes, be calm. If you calm your heart, you will be calm and calm, and you will be at ease.
The Buddha said: All conditioned dharmas are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, and shadows, like dew and lightning, and you should observe them like this.
means that when we experience some things, encounter some changes, and encounter some bad people, it is not that you are "bad luck", but that this world itself is like this.
Everyone will experience some strong winds and waves when walking on the road. Only by giving yourself a rock in your heart can you be safe and sound.
is just like what Jiacuo Living Buddha said:
is always dark and windy, and the turbid waves are surging. As long as your heart is calm and there is no turbid waves in your heart, it is a peaceful and smooth road.
——"Everything is the best arrangement"
See yourself clearly and see the reality clearly. You must know that being sweet to the extreme is bitter, and being bitter to the end is sweet.
Don’t panic, move forward steadily, live a lifetime, peaks and troughs, good times and bad times are all normal. When you survive the current difficulties, you will be in a bad state.
The key point is that you must believe in yourself, respond calmly, be strong and tenacious.
In fact, in a person's life, no one wants to defeat anyone. When we live, the greatest success is actually "beating ourselves".
When you do your best and cultivate your body and mind, you will find that everything is the best arrangement.

Life changes, everything is like the world, and people around you come and go, it is actually a normal thing.
In our life, we will meet many people, including passers-by, friends who have been with us for a short time, and friends who have been with us for a lifetime.
Whether it is a peer or a deviant, they are destined people arranged by God.
So, when you are together, cherish it and silently wish you a blessing when you leave. The key is, don’t take others for granted, and always want to get something from others.
How many lovers only know after they lose them, and only know when they regret it; how many friends end up turning against each other because of some interest relationships; how many relatives ignore each other because of gains and losses.
People live for a lifetime. When fate comes, only when you treat others sincerely and be kind to others can you gain respect and trust from others and let others understand and appreciate it.
Therefore, only by planting the "cause" in your emotions can you reap fruits.
Marriage needs to be managed seriously, friends need to be treated sincerely, relatives need to repay sincerely, and lovers need to never leave each other. Only in this way can we smile at the stages and waxing and look down on the partings of joy and happiness in the future life.
Just like what the Living Buddha Jiacuo said:
Be careful in the noisy world, treat marriage well, and cherish the present, so that you can sigh helplessly when you are not at the end of your journey. ——"Everything is the best arrangement"

Gains and losses, success or failure, passing clouds
In this life, destiny is not an opportunity, but something you can grasp when you wait. That is to say, if you only know how to appreciate and don’t have the ability to participate, then failure is certain.
So, when you have more capital to choose from, you will get more.
The road of life, between choices and trades, is wisdom. Only by taking gains and losses indifferently can you face difficulties with a normal mind and move forward with a smile when facing difficulties.
When encountering setbacks, you must remind yourself: this is your choice and you should be responsible to the end.
Don’t worry about gains and losses, be at a loss. Sometimes, if you are always in the storm, you might as well change your mindset, let gains and losses be at will, and let everything go with the flow.
No one can be spotless. Believe that gains, losses, successes and failures are just passing clouds in the end.
So, the more calm you are in your heart, the more you will not be affected by others, the more you can focus on yourself, and will not lose yourself in utilitarianism, live a vanity, and restless life.
Those who can balance their mentality in gains and losses are truly mature people.

When dealing with people, you should not "exceed" or "under" it. Keep your mind in a straight way and just see it. If you adjust your mind, your mind will be calm and peaceful, and your life will be balanced and without regrets. ——"Everything is the best arrangement"

Life is full of things, and things in the world are impermanent.
We will encounter all kinds of people, and all kinds of things have a chance of happening.
Therefore, only by having a sense of awe of "cause and effect" can we make the right choice for ourselves in all our choices.
Things in the world are impermanent, good and misfortune depend on each other, and joy and happiness are fleeting; in the world of love, fate is gathered and separated, and it is a time to go around. Only when you can follow the trend can you not be troubled by difficulties, suffer from separation, or be trapped by troubles.
The enlightenment of life starts with understanding "cause and effect".
In this way, you will not live negatively or pessimistically.
