一個家的樣子往往是居者的精神追求與生活態度的呈現。當被問到想要的家是一種什麼樣的感覺時，我們從屋主娜姐侃侃而談的對話中了解到，關於美學與蛻變的清晰目標與歷程。這條引線貫穿她的工作、生活，以及這個「家」的落成。從二十不惑的青春、成長 、肆意躍動，到三十而已的清晰、堅韌、自在豁達。所以它以自然原木風為基底，慢慢描摹出一個充滿生命力的、通透的、有秩序感的家。
The appearance of a home often reflects the spiritual pursuit and life attitude of its residents. 西廚的超長島台是這個大空間里的「承重點」，近6米的長度輕鬆落坐在大橫廳，無限延伸的設計理念融合在穩然的氛圍里。以日常生活的視角，打破分區的界限，互通隨心而動。島台作為極具體量的空間元素，灰洞石的材質在這個乾淨至簡的空間里是醒目的存在，但又不過於刻意，與懸於上方不鏽鋼燈具的現代工業感相互碰撞，在細微處催生出理性與感性的煙火氣。
