"in the past, sorting was done manually, but now it's no longer needed," he said, noting that the intelligent equipment in the hub has made the job more efficient and easier.
in march of this year, a company from guangzhou established the first 5g smart logistics hub in southern xinjiang, located in kashi. since then, the delivery time for online shopping in kashi—which previously took about 7–10 days—has been significantly shortened to just 1–3 days, with the fastest service achieving same-day delivery.
as more hubs like the kashi xin guang smart logistics hub emerge, guangdong's influence is gradually taking root in xinjiang. the data transaction volume of the guangzhou data exchange (kashi) service area has exceeded 100 million yuan, making the digital economy a key driver of kashi's new quality productive forces.

夜幕降臨，塔克拉瑪干沙漠邊緣一座座現代化廠房的車間內機器轟鳴。誰能想到，5年前這裡還是人跡罕至的沙海。2020年至2025年，已有超8.33億元廣東資金注入圖木舒克經濟技術開發區。2025年1月至5月，圖木舒克市21家規上紡織服裝企業工業總產值達14.95億元，同比增長40.1%。
