the 2025 guangdong job fair for college graduates who have not yet secured employment was recently held in foshan, guangdong province. adopting a hybrid model of "main venue + sub-venues" and "online + offline," the event was jointly organized at both the provincial and municipal levels with cross-departmental collaboration. one main venue and two sub-venues were set up offline, while a parallel online platform expanded access to online job opportunities.

a total of 222 high-quality employers were selected for the event, including china's state-owned enterprises at both provincial and municipal levels, key project operators, and enterprises that use special and sophisticated technologies to produce novel and unique products. together, they offered over 5,000 job openings across sectors such as manufacturing, internet technology, and finance. notably, 80% of the positions required no prior work experience, making them accessible to new graduates. seven themed zones were set up on-site, including "the leading role of the manufacturing industry" and "new productive forces," to better match candidates with jobs. well-known companies provided vacancies in fields such as machine manufacturing and ai, drawing strong interest from attendees.

additional service areas were set up on-site, covering policy guidance, career counseling, and ai-powered assistance. job seekers received services such as employment policy briefings and ai-based résumé assessments, with over 2,000 visits recorded. a livestreaming recruitment section connected with six employers to showcase job openings, while the "guangdong employment service" mini-program simultaneously published online listings. interactive activities enhanced the overall experience, with graduates praising the range of opportunities and many companies receiving promising résumés.
since the beginning of the year, guangdong has held over 2,300 on-campus recruitment events, serving approximately 720,000 college graduates. more job fairs are planned in cities like guangzhou and zhongshan, as the province continues its efforts to support youth employment.
200餘家企業、5000餘個崗位……廣東省市聯動出「招」穩就業
2025年廣東省離校未就業高校畢業生招聘活動近日在佛山舉辦。此次活動以「主會場+分會場」「線上+線下」模式開展,省市聯動、多部門協同,線下設1個主會場和2個分會場,線上同步連線搭建「雲求職」平台,擴大招聘覆蓋面。
活動精選222家優質企業,含省市屬國企、重點項目及專精特新企業等,提供5000餘個崗位,涵蓋生產製造、互聯網技術、金融等領域,80%崗位不設應屆畢業生工作經驗限制。現場設「製造業當家」「新質生產力」等7大專區,精準匹配人崗需求,知名企業帶來機械製造、人工智慧等多行業崗位,吸引眾多畢業生諮詢。
現場還設政策宣傳、職業指導、ai智能服務等功能區,提供就業政策解讀、簡歷智能診斷等服務,服務求職者超2000人次。直播帶崗專區連線6家企業展示崗位詳情,「粵就業」小程序同步發布線上招聘信息。互動活動增強了求職體驗,畢業生反饋崗位豐富,企業也收穫不少簡歷。
今年以來,廣東已開展超2300場進校園就業服務活動,服務約72萬人次高校畢業生。接下來,系列招聘活動將在廣州、中山等地持續舉辦,為青年就業護航。
