So I placed an order from Jingdong Pharmacy and bought two boxes of Sanjiu Isatis granules and one box of Paracetamol capsules. I placed the order on December 13. The Panax Isatis tablets showed that they were expected to be delivered on December 14, and the Paracetamol tablets showed that they were expected to be delivered on December 17.
Two items on the same day
At that time, I felt that the supply of medicines was not very tight. Since JD.com can buy them, everyone should be able to buy them if they are sick. However, they cannot enjoy the outpatient coverage of medical insurance, so they have to spend a little more money. Besides, the prices are not expensive. A box of isatis root costs 19.8 yuan, and a box of acetaminophen and acetaminophen capsules costs 16 yuan.
I looked at the logistics information the next day, thinking that Banlangen could receive the goods, but I didn't expect that JD.com changed the logistics information to show that the estimated delivery time was December 15th. This has happened before. I still trust JD.com and don't take it seriously.
I think it should be fine on the third day and will deliver the goods today. But when I opened JD.com, I saw that the logistics information showed that the estimated delivery time had changed to December 17th. I immediately felt a little angry. JD.com was too ungrateful, right? So I clicked on the reminder, and the result showed that the goods were within the normal transportation range and the order could not be prompted. Jingdong really has a bit of a domineering clause.
The delivery time changed again and again
At that time, I also used Jingdong Express to send some things to Beijing, but there were also logistics problems. I wrote an article specifically about this a few days ago, so I won’t repeat it here. From this, I learned that all express delivery companies are facing difficulties due to the epidemic, so my original intention to complain was extinguished, and I had to be merciful and merciful.
However, what happened next made me have to complain about JD.com, because I feel more and more that JD.com’s delay in shipping is not due to logistics at all, but that JD.com is deceiving customers: either it has no medicine at all but is deceiving customers into placing orders, or the medicine ordered by customers has been misappropriated by JD.com and cannot fill the hole!
The paracetamol capsules I bought were expected to be delivered on December 17th, but it was later changed to December 19th, and then changed to December 27th, but it was finally delivered on December 20th. Although it was a few days later than usual, according to the objective environment at the time, I was still satisfied. After all, it is not easy for everyone during the current epidemic.

However, the isatis granules I purchased made me very disappointed, because JD.com has changed the estimated delivery time many times, and now it has directly changed the estimated delivery time to January 8, 2023. As for whether it will change again in the future, I can no longer believe JD.com.
When I bought medicine from Jingdong Pharmacy, I mainly thought that it was self-operated by Jingdong, and its quality and logistics were relatively reliable. Who would have thought that Jingdong, which always prides itself on quality and service, would overturn two boxes of isatis granules.
Jingdong changed the estimated delivery time again and again without any explanation to me during this period. I guess it couldn't explain it clearly.

Let me ask Jingdong:
1. Since the order was accepted and the order was placed, why has it not been shipped yet? Are you engaging in out-of-stock sales?
2, how did the estimated delivery time for the order placed on December 13th come about, even if it was out of stock at the time? Why was it changed 5 times?
3. If medicines are in short supply, replenishment should be on a first-come, first-served basis. Are all orders placed after December 13th pushed to after January 8th? Have any orders placed after December 13th been shipped?
4. Don’t use the epidemic to cover up your own problems. I later bought some things, and the express delivery was basically normal, including products purchased from JD.com’s non-self-operated stores. Did you deceive customers?
All in all, this shopping experience on JD.com is the worst in online shopping in ten years. JD.com’s self-operated products are not as good as some online stores.
