The project team adopts the technical idea of combining mechanism exploration, simulation and observation experiments, and applies a new lightning positioning method to reconstruct the lightning three-dimensional channel, improve and improve the lightning early warning monitoring method, and make up for the technical gap of business-type observation networks in lightning three-dimensional channel imaging. Compared with the same type of observation network at home and abroad, the positioning accuracy is increased by about 5 to 10 times, and the accuracy of the lightning early warning system reaches 95%. Ningxia Lightning Monitoring Network has successfully reached the internationally advanced and domestically leading technical level.
