In order to implement the requirements of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Carrying out the collection of excellent industrial software products in 2022" (District of the Department of Industry and Information Technology [2022] No. 293) and promote the high-quality development of the industrial software industry, we are now organizing the collection of excellent industrial software products in 2022 to the whole province. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. Collection scope
focuses on collecting excellent products of four types of industrial software, including R&D design, production and manufacturing, business management, operation and maintenance services.
2. Application requirements
(I) The application unit must register in Hubei Province, have independent legal person qualifications, have fixed production and business activities, comply with national laws and regulations, have no violations of laws and regulations, no record of breach of trust in cases of execution, no property or account seizure and freeze, and no major or above safety accidents caused by the use of the software products of this unit.
(II) The applicant unit can apply for 1-2 excellent products used in key fields such as aviation, aerospace, petrochemical, steel, ships, electricity, transportation, nuclear industry, automobiles, electronic information, mobile terminals, machinery, etc. It is recommended to apply for excellent products of different categories of excellent products.
(III) The software products declared have independent intellectual property rights, advanced technology, industrialization or have been deployed and applied in the industry, and have typical application cases of industrial enterprises in key areas.
(IV) The applicant must fill out the application truthfully as required, and submit the business license, contract, patent certificate , test report and other explanatory materials to the Municipal Bureau of Economic and Information Technology.
(V) Enterprise products that have been selected into Hubei Province's top ten excellent application cases of industrial software in 2021 and 2022 can be recommended first.
3. Submission process
(I) This work is the first time that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has organized and carried out nationwide, and is of great significance to the publicity and promotion of independent industrial software products. All municipal and prefecture economic and information bureaus are requested to attach great importance to it, actively organize application of software and industrial enterprises in their jurisdictions that meet the requirements, and do a good job in preliminary review and recommendation.
(II) Please fill in the application form for excellent industrial software products carefully (see Attachment 1), stamp it with the official seal and report it to the Municipal Bureau of Economic and Information Technology for review. The economic and information bureaus of each city and prefecture will fill out the summary form for the reporting information of excellent industrial software products (see Attachment 2) as required, and submit the recommendation letter, information summary form and paper version declaration form (in triplicate) to the software department of the Provincial Department of Economic and Information, and the electronic version will be sent simultaneously to the Gong Lei's intranet email address of the Provincial Department of Economic and Information.
(III) The Provincial Department of Economic and Information Technology will organize industry experts to conduct a comprehensive review of excellent industrial software products recommended by cities and prefectures, select about 15 excellent provincial industrial software products in 2022, and recommend to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to participate in the application for excellent national industrial software products.
