Recently, in order to implement "Financial Technology Development Plan (2022-2025)" in the People's Bank of China and actively use privacy computing technical specifications to carry out data sharing applications, the Beijing Financial Technology Industry Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the Alliance) Data Committee organized the second working meeting on privacy computing interconnection technology in the financial industry to discuss the phased progress and follow-up work arrangements of the two topics: "Technical Specifications for the Heterogeneous Privacy Computing Platform Interconnection Platform Interconnection in the Financial Industry" and the "Research Report on Privacy Computing Interconnection Technology". The meeting was hosted by the leading unit of the project, China UnionPay Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " China UnionPay "), and the alliance secretariat, as well as 39 participating units including financial institutions, Internet platform companies, financial technology companies, financial testing and certification institutions, and privacy computing open source community (including Bank of Communications, China Merchants Bank , China Mobile, and Telecom Wing Payment are newly added to the project). At the meeting, China UnionPay, as the leading unit of the project, reported on behalf of the research team on the organizational mechanism, overall progress and recent key tasks of the two issues of interconnection. The leading units of sub-projects such as China Merchants Bank , Pudong Development Bank, Everbright Technology, ICBC Bank, WeBank , CFCA, Ant Group, Blue Elephant Intelligence, Fushu Technology, Baidu , and Invisible Technology respectively introduced the progress and promotion routes of each sub-project, and made exchange speeches.
At present, the privacy computing interconnection project has established seven sub-topics: "Research on Management Elements and Interfaces", "Research on Process Scheduling Interfaces and Algorithm Container Loading", "Research on Secure Operator Interfaces and Services", "Research on Transmission Interfaces and Messages", "Research on Interconnection Ecology", "Research on Heterogeneous Algorithm Protocols", and "Research on TEE Intercommunication Technology", all of which have formed clear research goals, research roadmaps and organizational mechanisms. Each sub-project is progressing in an orderly manner, and has successively addressed technical difficulties such as "design of minimum necessary elements in management", "collaborative strategies for multi-party resource access control", "general design of DAG & conf", "process scheduling interoperability design", "component containerized loading scheme", "object registration and discovery mechanism design", "private computing security operator design", "transport layer synchronous asynchronous compatibility design", "heterogeneous engine interaction framework design", "TEE unified remote proof process design", etc., laying a solid foundation for subsequent interconnection interface definition and docking verification. The general project effectively coordinates the discussion of cross-issues and overall progress through the establishment of working groups such as secretary group, technical group, compilation group and open source group, and organizes reviews and summarizes the corresponding phased outputs. All participating units fully affirmed the preliminary progress of the project and will actively cooperate with the follow-up work of the project.
The successful convening of this meeting marks the stage of collaborative breakthrough in the privacy computing interconnection work in the financial industry. In the future, all parties in the research team will continue to uphold the concept of security, interoperability, openness, and ecological prosperity, work together to summarize and release relevant research results based on the current phased research, and accelerate the formulation of standards and specifications for the privacy computing interconnection in the financial industry, promote the implementation of privacy computing interconnection among different institutions and platforms in the financial industry, and provide solid support for the safe and orderly flow of financial data elements.
