Four-dimensional Picture New Year's first decade, we are a pure picture merchant, achieving a series of proud achievements. After such innovation and accumulation, we have moved our business from pure map content to applications in the second decade, hoping to create more value for society and industry.
From this time on, we have been completely tied to the word intelligent networking. From the earlier TSP business, intelligent cockpit integration business, to the later launched intelligent driving business, Siwei Tuxin has embarked on the "fast road" of developing automobile intelligent networking.
In 2015, we established the intelligent driving department and the intelligent map business department. 2018 and 2019 are the stages for the rapid implementation and recognition of R&D and technological achievements. Siwei Tuxin has completed the high-precision map coverage of the national highway, completed its own intelligent driving technology verification, passed a series of exams, and obtained a series of licenses.
In recent years, smart driving has been accompanied by discussions and doubts about commercialization. Everyone says that L3 will come in 2020 or in 2021. All cars need to be connected intelligently, but the landing does not seem to be so fast; sometimes it is said that smart driving will never come. This is very painful for practitioners and companies that rank among the top R&D investment in A shares in .
Fortunately, we waited for the insurgency after 2020 and waited for a very stable and visible commercial opportunity, which is the mass production of the front-mounted smart cars. It was also this year that we established the Intelligent Driving Business Department. Based on the accumulation of smart cockpit-related businesses over the past 15 years, the team has the ability to grasp customer needs and mass production and delivery. In addition, the company's understanding of maps and time and space collection over the past 20 years has formed its current product strength.
In the future, we hope to use continuous innovation and combined with commercialization to launch products that satisfy everyone for the industry and the market. For users, it is safe, cost-effective, and reliable products; for customers, they don’t have to worry about the supply chain, and they can be assured to hand over to us larger batches and demands, and we can complete products.
So, how do we do it?
4D Tuxin is an integrated solution provider for intelligent driving software and hardware, and we are also a supplier of map sensors. The role of
map in Zhijia is not just the content, but more like making up for the shortcomings of AI algorithms. Maps are born to provide memory for intelligent driving systems. For example, the distance between cars at different times, the commonly used routes for congested roads, such as the lane speed limit, road geometry, lane geometry, etc., in exchange for a more powerful on-board intelligent system in this way.
We have accumulated the automatic mapping technology through about ten years of innovation. At present, we can not only make a single-stroke mapping, but also achieve single-stroke mapping through a terminal intelligent camera device. As a sensor, it is safe and reliable enough.
For the entire system, we think that map is also an invisible cross-scene architecture. It can support the entire system to switch scenes, accumulate common sense, improve experience, and improve the interaction between the car end and the cloud, and between people and cars.
Based on such capabilities and accumulation, what kind of integrated intelligent driving software and hardware solutions will Siwei Tuxin provide?
At present, we see a surging wave of Level2 landing, and the shipment volume is expected to be tens of millions in five years. In the L2+ stage, it should be a typical small wave crest from the end of 2023 to 2024. We can see that a large number of new cars will be equipped with such functions to go online.
For our customers, we hope to deliver a full-scene intelligent driving system.
In addition to the stability of the supply chain, whether L2+ is smooth enough during the scene changes is also the focus of improving the user experience.Our algorithms are all self-developed, so the software and even the perception model can be unified from the architectural level, which fundamentally avoids the delay during switching of various scenarios.
This is also the core of our next generation products. We will officially release it at the user conference of Siwei Tuxin in November this year. It solves the increasingly centralized E/E architecture of smart cockpits, smart driving and vehicle-wide E/E architectures, and the current relatively expensive chips.
