Chips are the key development direction of the "14th Five-Year Plan" outline. Application changes brought about by quantum computing , artificial intelligence , big data, cloud computing , blockchain and other emerging fields have brought new opportunities for chip technology innovation and industrial development.
In order to comply with the development needs of my country's chip field, July 29-31, 2022 , hosted by China Computer Federation (CCF) , CCF Integrated Circuit Design Special Committee , Fault-Tolerant Computing Special Committee , Architecture Special Committee , Information Storage Technology Special Committee and Nanjing Jiangbei New District Management Committee jointly host 's first China Computer Federation Chip Conference (CCF Chip Conference, referred to as: CCF Chip), which will be grandly opened at the Nanjing International Expo Conference Center .

With the theme of "Building a Chip Ecosystem and Linking the Chip Future", it focuses on chip technology in the intelligent era, including : 9 meaningful special invitation reports at the conference, 32 technical forums focusing on hot topics such as chip development, integrated circuits, software and hardware security, and architecture, paper group meetings, and highlight corporate exhibitions. The conference will also award the CCF Integrated Circuit Early Career Award and release the list of CCF Huawei Populus euphratica Fund Trusted Computing Special Funding Projects.

The conference also invited Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Wu Hanming , Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Hao Yue , Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Liao Xiangke , Tsinghua / Peking University Dual-appointed professor Wei Shaojun , Beijing Huada Jiutian Technology Co., Ltd.
