Chen Chunhua is currently Professor of at the National School of Development of Peking University and Dean of BiMBA Business School. Judging from the title, it is quite resounding. This time Huawei can be said to have beaten Professor Chen Chunhua hard, and it can be said that Professor Chen has lost face.
But things reversed too quickly; a few hours before Huawei’s statement was issued, Chen Chunhua, a Peking University professor, may have felt the pressure and immediately issued a statement; explaining that these nearly 10,000 articles about Huawei have nothing to do with herself. It doesn't matter. It states that these articles and comments were not written by itself. Huawei is only one of the cases it has studied. It will also hire lawyers to pursue infringement liability for such articles.
In fact, this matter is very simple. There have been many articles about Huawei recently, and many of them contain exaggerated elements. Even Huawei itself can’t stand it. The key is that the name of Peking University professor Chen Chunhua appears in these articles. As for these articles about Huawei's business legend, it is still unknown whether they were written by Professor Chen; Huawei's statement directly put Professor Chen into a corner. Is Chen Chunhua hyping it up on her own or using other self-media to gain traffic? It is still unknown.
One thing is certain, the more than 10,000 articles cannot be written by Professor Chen alone; as for how many articles Professor Chen himself has written, it is still a mystery. There must be some embellished articles by self-media authors; this time the key point is that there are too many, forcing Huawei to come out to refute the rumors.
Professor Chen Chunhua’s relationship with Huawei started from the article “With Mr. Ren Zhengfei: A Fireside Chat” published in 2017; according to the description in this article, Ren Zhengfei highly respected Professor Chen. He personally drove to pick up Peking University female professor Chen Chunhua. Such treatment is indeed rare. As a series of stories unfolded, Professor Chen Chunhua gained the titles of "Huawei Military Advisor" and "Huawei Navy Commander".
Regarding the relationship between Huawei and Chen Chunhua, I personally have the following opinions:

3. Starting from Chen Chunhua’s first article about Huawei in 2017, Professor Chen should announce what articles and comments he has written about Huawei, and how authentic the content of the article is.
4. If these ten thousand articles have nothing to do with Professor Chen, Professor Zhao must take up legal weapons to protect his rights and interests. Now Huawei has put all the responsibility on you. If you don’t prove yourself, you will It is equivalent to acquiescence that a lot of content is related to oneself, which is related to the reputation of Peking University or the professor himself.
