After months of rumors, Xiaomi Mi 12 Lite has been officially released. Xiaomi Azerbaijan’s Instagram account announced that it has accepted pre-orders for the machine , but what is strange is that Xiaomi Azerbaijan’s official website does not mention this device.
Xiaomi Azerbaijan’s Instagram account stated that from now until July 8, users can pre-order Xiaomi Mi 12 Lite through Xiaomi’s official website in the country. However, there is currently no booking link on the official website.
Xiaomi 12 Lite will use a 6.55-inch 120Hz refresh rate OLED panel and support HDR10+. In terms of cameras, the device will be equipped with a 108-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.
Under the hood, the Xiaomi Mi 12 Lite will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor, which is likely to be paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. On the software front, Xiaomi Mi 12 Lite will boot MIUI 13 based on Android 12 out of the box. Finally, the Xiaomi Mi 12 Lite will come with a 4,300mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging via the USB Type-C charging port.
Xiaomi Mi 12 Lite is expected to be priced between Rs 24,000 and Rs 30,000 in India. The device is most likely to be launched in global markets in July and could come to the Indian market sometime in the third quarter of 2022.
